Wszystko bylo super: wyposazenie, lokalizacja hotelu (5min do aquaparku), obsluga i wyzywienie. W sezonie przed hotelem codziennie w takim ogrodku piwnym restauracji na swiezym powietrzu byla muzyka na zywo. Torche zamieszania z rezerwacja, zarezerwowalismy pokoj ktorego nie bylo-standart i za to w cenie standardu dostalismy Delux- profesjonalne podejscie. Everything is perfect there, only 5minutes walk to aquapark, real live music every evening in the outdoor restaurant. We booked a standard room but the htoel had already booked the room for someone else-overbooking. We got the Delux room instead of Standard for the price of Standard- this is proffesional.

personel nie mowi po angielsku, za to troche po polsku i niemiecku. Staff do not speak English, they speak Polish and German a little bit.

The hotel did not have the reservation correct when we arrived. They did not seem to know there were 3 people staying and had set aside a room for only 2. However, they were very accomodating and were able to change us to an apartment room that was extremely nice at no extra charge.

The hotel likes to charge for every little bit of service or food. We were appalled at these extra charges. For example, we did not realize the evening buffet was a flat rate per person and as a result we paid over $10 each for some very small pieces of dessert items. After this first experiece we chose to find other locations for the evening meal.

i like everything ,the hotel was OK the food was very good .Every night was live music in the garden very very good.

The staff of the hotel don't speck english ,in all the hotel only one person speek english . A big problem was with the reservation,we have the mail with the confirmation and price for all,and there we must pay with 180 euro more because they say the reservation it's not good .After my husband speek with the cheef and look the email reservation we said we must pay only 40 euro,but don't say for what ,and after 1 day of discusion we pay only 4 euro more for parking.But we stay one day at the reception ,we speek with 10 person who don't now one word in english,It's not possible in one 4 star Hotel only one person speek english and you must speek by phone with him,because it's not there all the time.A very bad impresion

Design and cleaningness of the rooms. Very good value for money.

Air Condition in the room didn't work. Breakfast room too hot, breakfast selection not on **** level.

Atentie mai mare la detalii: frigiderul functiona defectuos (era supraincalzit) necesita reparatie; recipientul de sapun lichid era rupt, neputind fi utilizat; am mentionat acest aspect insa nu s-a remediat pe parcursul sederii; in baie au lipsit samponul, duschbad-ul, crema de corp, insa a ramas un tub cu jumatate de crema de corp de la turistii anteriori. In frigider au fost gasite bauturi consumate si inlocuit continutul cu apa. Ultimele doua aspecte au fost mentionate la receptie si remediate insa in mod normal astfel de situatii nu are trebui sa se intimple mai ales la categoria 4*.

Schlechtes Personal an rezeption, fehlende Sprachkenntnisse!! Englisch sollte ein muss sein

室内は清潔で、おしゃれなデザインです。ホテルの周囲にはレストランなどがたくさんあり、活気があります。-

室内のミニバーに最初からビールがありませんでした。チェックアウトの時に料金を請求され、びっくりしまし- た。
