Everything was excelent, food, wellness, rooms, staff... have only few minuses (read below) wellnes was open 7-21 but when we came to wellness early morning (7:00) no "attraction" were running ... guy responding for wellness was doing some maintenance and did not turn a bubbles or massage nozzles or jacuzzyi on :( and second minus is for balcony. Room was clean but at the balcony there was so many spider webs. Chambermaid didnt clean it anyway.

Generally a good hotel. Although it's not a great hotel, it's among the best in the area. Which means they can over charge compared to a similar level hotel in Budapest for example.

Leider ist das Hotel für ein "angenehmes Wochenende Wellness" ein absoluter Reinfall gewesen. Keine korrekten / konkreten Aussagen der Mitarbeiter zur Benutzung der Wellness-Anlage, obwohl wir definitiv nach allen Anwendungen gefragt haben. Die Anlage ist wie eine große Badewanne gewesen, in der zig Erwachsene plus Kinder saßen.... Fazit, nix posivtes Komplett alles hat nicht gefallen, die überfüllte Badelandschaft, das verzweifelte Suchen nach Liegen, die nicht korrekten Angaben zur Wellness -Nutzung, die fehlerhaften Aussagen der Mitarbeiter zur Nachfrage Wann Wo Was nutzbar ist. Alles in Allem kein Hotel für Reisende ohne Kinder.....!!!

Alapjába véve: minden. Személyzet, étkezés, választék. áMbár a wellness vize estére kezd kihűlni s nem melegítik ujra.De amúgy valóban diszkrét, hangulatos, jó szálloda. Megéri a pénzét! Nem találtam kifogást. Talán a recepción az egész nap túl hangosan szóló zene zavaró. Ha engem zavart, mennyire zavarhatta az ott dolgozókat. De ez az én személyes ügyem:általában nem szeretem a háttér zenét, nem tudok beszélgetni tőle.

Wir hatten ein standart-zimmer mit balkon gebucht, beim betreten des zimmer's sind uns ca. 20 cm spinnweben groß und kleine sowie total verstaubte ablagen "wo man darauf sau schreiben konnte" aufgefallen, die klima-anlage funktionierte nicht(erst ab den 5.mai wurde gesagt) und man konnte im badezimmer nicht einmal seine elektrische zahnbürste aufladen!!! ( das zimmer wurde mehrere wochen nicht gereinigt) wir reklamierten den zustand des zimmer und bekamen nach dem ich sagte das ich sofort abreisen würde, ein premium zimmer ohne aufpreis was das minderste war. Die bewertung der sauberkeit betrift "nur"das standart- zimmer(sehr schlecht siehe oben). Leider auch zu sagen wäre,dass das personal sehr schlecht deutsch & englisch bzw. Gar nicht sprechen kann, auch die hotel und wellness angebote sind fast nur auf ungerisch zu lesen( ich kann leider kein ungerisch und mußte mit händen und füssen zeichen geben.

A szoba megjelenése, tisztasága, komfortja, a személyzet udvariassága és figyelmessége, az éttermi választék kiemelkedő, a megközelíthetőség és a parkolás szintén, a Balaton közvetlen- és Siófok belváros néhány perces közelsége, a környezet kiváló. A welness részlegben a levegő és a víz hőmérséklete is hideg volt! Bizonyára jó nyáron, amikor kint 35 fok van, de most, márciusban ezt kellemetlenül hidegnek éreztem. Jól esett felmelegedni a szaunában, ami önmagában is kritika egy welnessre és minden más szolgáltatására is sokat adó szállodában. Más: elegánsabb lenne, ha a WIFI ingyenes szoba-szolgáltatásként "beleférne" a szobaárba...

Először is jó volt, hogy olyan szobát kaptunk, ahonnan közvetlenül láttuk a Balatont...Aztán csak ki kellett sétálni az épületből, és máris ott voltunk a vízparton. Nagyon tetszett a belső építész munkája, olyan ötletek voltak az épületben, amelyek szemet gyönyörködtetővé tették a szállodát mindenütt. Az étteremben a kiszolgálás első osztályú volt, a szakácsok is kitettek magukért. A svédasztalos vacsora nagyon finom volt!!! Köszönjük! Az úszómedencét és a szaunát most nem próbáltuk ki, de legközelebb talán arra is sor kerül. Jó volt ezt a hétvégét ott tölteni. Köszönjük...

Просторный номер с балконом и видом на Балатон, бассейн и сауны, и все это за очень приемлемую цену - мы останавливались на одну ночь по дороге из Украины в Италию и очень довольны. Очень хорошо отдохнули и расслабились после дороги, рядом есть венгерские ресторанчики, где можно неплохо поужинать. Хороший завтрак. Нам очень понравилось!

A szálloda felszereltsége, tisztasága, kényelme, berendezése magas szinvonalú. A személyzettel nem volt gond. A legjobban a reggeli tetszett: bő kínálat fogadott, és minden finom volt, gyermekszék biztosított. Vacsoráról nincs tapasztalat. A szobával szintén különösen meg voltunk elégedve. A wellness részlegben a nagymedence vize kissé hidev volt. A gyerekpancsoló meg sajnos picike. Pici gyerekkel (3,5 év) nem igazán tudtuk élvezni a wellnesst.
