access to "beach" overrated

Great food.

Not very clean the hotel. We found hair on the floor. Check-out at 10:00 am, not 12:00 as 99% of the hotels. You must pay the parking place. Access to the Balaton lake is almost impossible, although in the pictures seems perfect.

The room was clean and the location of the hotel is easy to find.

Staffs'attitude (insist to pay at arrival!!!), poor breakfast, surrounding area -poor, and ugly

the wellness section. no sauna towels available. only one sauna was in use, and it was not hot enough. the other one was closed due to technical reasons. ??

We loved the beautiful wellness centre with so many saunas and the fact we got upgraded to the Premium hotel. The rooms were spacious with huge balcony.

The staff at the bowling bar where we had lunch was absolutely lost, we spent nearly 2 hours there waiting firstly for the menu, then for the meal and for the coffee. Each table had problem with payment. All the rest perfect.

The staff- at the restaurant they told us a price for dinner buffet and the price was actually double,so pay attention!

Very friendly staff, particularly if you make an effort. Great breakfast buffet. Nice pool and saunas.

In off peak the bicycles and some pool facilities were not available.

Well maintained premises. Design and facilities up to date. Premium wing and premium SPA are modern, but cost extra.

Restaurant staff is neither attentive nor friendly. Although there are plenty of them, they prefer to chat amongst themselves and let dirty dishes pile up instead of clearing the tables. - the modern part of the SPA is charged for extra.

-the worst hotel in the world

I can't understand why this hotel has great ratings. It is the worst hotel i every stayed, no way 4 star mayby 2 star. The room smelled bad, the carpet was dirty and spotted, broken furniture and a lots of mess, everywere in the room. We have a double room with balcony and we stayed there only one night and i'm not coming back, never. I found hair on the sheets. The rooms balcony posing in a guarded yard, like we were in jail. The breakfast seemed varied but in reality it was eggs cooked in several ways, the food didn't have any taste.

Very good hotel. Everything was great!

Great swimming and relaxing place for a family with kids. On the lake beach, outdoor pools,  indoor pools and moor. Breakfast was great.

With two adults and three children, we had to rent two rooms with no internal access to each other. Hotel rooms had only 2 beds per room and did not have portable folding beds as an option to put in room for third child.

- Comfortable and clean room. - Beach connection. - Quality of breakfast was good, though not so many varieties. - Ample free parking on the hotel's premises.

- One of the receptionists wasn't helpful at the check-in. We were there before the official check-in time (2pm) and she wouldn't help about checking in earlier than 2pm. Fortunately her colleague solved the situation after a short waiting time. Thank you! ;) - Many trainees work at the hotel, who have got a lot to learn ;). Most of them do their best ;).

Great family hotel, lots of entertainment for children. Definitely will come there again.

Excellent comfort for family with young children.

The sandy beach's length is only 5 meters. There is no free internet in the room. It's strange but despite the fact that the hotel was full of children it was impossible to call the pediatrist because "Siofok is the small town" as receptionist said.

The new wing called "Azur Premium" has really nice rooms, quite an improvement on the standard Azur rooms. They're stylish well designed and have a good amount of space inside and a large balcony. The whole hotel is well thought out and most of it really looks good.

Hungary is not famous for good customer service, but at this place -- especially considering that it's trying to be an upper/luxury category hotel -- they have hit a definate low. The staff are just terrible, probably not their fault but managements. As nice as the facilities are, make sure you have no expectations of the staff and just avoid any non- standard requests what-so-ever. Having said that, I still would recommend the hotel since it's among the best in the area.

Hotel na pewno nie zasluguje na 4 gwiazdki; stare meble, brudne firanki w pokoju, w lazience mydlo w zaplesnialym pojemniku, w malym basenie kolo sauny na dnie golym okien bylo widac plywajace duze zanieczyszczenia; rowery 6 sztuk - wszystkie zepsute I nie mozna wypozyczyc.

Les piscines intérieure et extérieure très grandes. L'accès privé au lac Balaton.

Notre chambre était envahie de fourmis...

Kényelmes tágas szoba.

Tömeg volt a welnessben. Kicsi ez a welness telt háznál. Bowlingozni csak du. Lehetett.

Dobra lokalizacja ładny obiekt Wiele atrakcji (2 baseny/sauny/kręgle/bilard itp... Itd..)

- Bars: wurden mehrfach bereits 30min vor offiziellem Ende geschlossen. - viel zu wenige Liegen am Pool innen u. aussen - teilweise weder Englisch noch Deutschkenntnisse am Empfang !
