Friendly very helpfull staff. Good food at breakfast and in the restaurant. This is a quaint hotel very typical of small Hungarian and Slovak hotels and should not be compared with 5 star "Best Western" , all samey-as-anywhere-else-style hotels. Staff spoke English and German Would gladly stay there again. Strongly recomended. We were there during very hot weather. Although fans were provided airconditioning would have helped. Having the windows open meant that we had the sounds of the restaurant which did prevent some sleep. However this would clearly effect the price which for three nights was the same as a 5 star Budapest hotlel for one night. Therefore this is only a minor detail. |

Convenience & safety of location. Helpfulness of breakfast lady. Everyone attempted to speak some kind of English. Not all meals on the menu were available each evening. One vening when I wished to buy wine to take home, the waitress didn't really want to sell to me as she was 'too busy' with diners. |

Ruime en schone kamer met balkon, prettige omgeving, rustig maar toch gezellig, voldoende faciliteiten in hotel, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet in leuke kelder. Zeer prettig hotel! Soms was het brood al op bij het ontbijtbuffet, terwijl we nog ruim binnen de ontbijttijden zaten, niet alle gerechten op de kaart (een salade) in het restaurant konden besteld worden, maar dit zijn slechts kleinigheden. |
