Absolutely first class accomodation and location. Superb settings and very welcoming and friendly staff. However, don't forget your satnav if you are going here Real pity about the wifi only being available in public areas. This meant having to sit in the lobby/reception to catch up with what you need to. Not ideal.

There was no games room, although the info showed a picture of it! There was no spa and you cannot rent boats here; it said in the info that it was one of the biggest rental places for boats! Unbelievable. No entertainment at all. I have no clue where the 4 stars come from; it was clean, but very noisy. No telephone on the room. No internet in the room, no amenities in the bathroom, a very tiny tv. In all, the info and impression I got from your website was completely wrong.

Wir fühlten uns wie Mitglieder in einem exclusiven Sportclub. In angenehmer sportliche Atmosphäre konnte man das Leben am Wasser genießen. Die Clubmitglieder waren freundlich, recht leise und meist sportlich-elegant gekleidet. Das Essen wird gut zubereitet und die Bedienung war sehr gut. Die Kommunikation klappte in Deutsch oder Englisch. Keine Beschwerden. Hinweis: Die Hotel-Broschüre sollte auch in einer anderen Sprache (deutsch oder englisch)vorliegen.

Sehr gute Klimaanlage, Restaurantleistungen waren sehr gut, allerdings könnte das Frühstück abwechslungsreicher und einfallsreicher ausgestattet sein ( jeden Tag Rührei, gleiche Wurst- sorten usw.) Nicht gefallen hat: Der Strand und die Liegewiese sind viel zu klein, die Anzahl der Liegen reichte für die vielen Gäste, auch durch Gäste der Marina, und durch die Teilnehmer an Surflehrgängen nicht annähernd aus. Es gibt keine Sonnenschirme für die Gäste.In den Zimmern kann man nur 1 deutschsprachigen Sender empfangen. Das Personal am Empfang spricht kaum englisch , schon gar nicht deutsch. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel und Restaurant gibt es keine dt. Speisekarte. Insgesamt fehlt eine straffe Hotelleitung, die sich um Mißstände kümmert (Trotz guter Toilettenanlagen für das Srandbereich lassen einheimische Gäste ihre Kinder in die Ecken des Grundstückes urinieren!

Очень красиво расположен на берегу Балатона При указанном на сайте букинком завтраке входящем в стоимость номера заставили заплатить за завтрак дополнительно. А КОГДА МЫ ПРИШЛИ НА ЗАВТРАК В 7-05 (ЗАВТРАК С 7-00) то ничего небыло готово и мы потеряли 15 минут ожидая когда выставят еду и накроют шведский стол, что было очень неприятно т.к. мы спешили.

Da wir am Balaton anderenorts verstärkt ballermannähnliche Zustände erlebten, haben wir dieses Hotel bewußt wegen seiner ruhigen Lage abseits der Touristen-hochburgen gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Dank seiner Lage in Verbindung mit dem Yachthafen und dem unverbauten Blick auf den Balaton gibt es hier eine wunderbare maritime Atmosphäre. Der Service an der Rezeption und im Restaurant war hervorragend. Die Zimmerausstattung und -reinigung waren gut. Halbpension mit Frühstück und gelegendliches Abendessen sind empfehlenswert. Das Gelände kann nur durch ein von der Rezeption elektrisch zu öffnendes Tor betreteten bzw. befahren werden. Das läßt den Fahrzeughalter ruhiger schlafen. Sofern nicht gerade Hafenver-anstaltungen (absolute Ausnahme) stattfinden, sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden.

Afslappet stemning. Servicemindet personale. Internettet I receptionen var lidt sløvt. Det ville være ønskeligt med wireless på værelserne.
