Friendly and helpful staff, good location for sightseeing. Excellent service and food in the restaurant. Shower area mildew and shower fitting brpken. Toilet seat kept coming detached from its fitting. |

Ease of getting into Budapest, Gentleman who was on reception very helpful and friendly Would have been nice to have tea and coffee in the room.I.E. A small kettle in the room with a couple of sachets of coffee and tea bags. Apart from that just what we needed for the one nights stay |

I don't liked the noise, of the elevator, but it was not so loud.Walls are thin, and you can hear the neighbours, but it is a good solution for a few days. |

The location and the breakfast. 1.Acid hotel staff. 2.Long distance between reception and room; many intermediary stairs to up during an unheartly coridors, 3 room very small.4.unusable pillows.5 No refrigerator in room !!! 6.bed smell in room&bathroom.7.no matrimonial bed for couple.8.broken towells.9.no bathroom ventilation.10.the price:67 Euro/night is huge for such pooring conditions... |
