Close to City Centre, the East Station and HungExpo exhibition hall. Quiet with a helpful staff. Ideal for a business stay. A wider choice of fruit at breakfast would have been welcome. |

The proximity to Keleti Train Station, and the simplicity of the operations. Perhaps the signage in the building's ground floor was a bit small. I missed the fact that the lobby is on the fifth floor. |

the front desk staff very helpfull . English staff Security good even though in a poor part of town.Lots of cunstruction noise .new subway line been built out front. for the price of this hotel it gets a 7 out of 10 Canadian. |

Right at the square in front of Keleti Station, great for train travellers. Nice and clean room, ok breakfast. You can hear everything from the neighboor rooms and the hall. |

The room was extremely clean, quite and cosy. As the weather was pretty cold outside, the heating worked perfectly well. No internet except for a weird info-machine in the lobby. Please consider providing at least wireless connection. |

We were travelling by train the following morning and the location of the hotel was perfect it was within 2 mins walk from the steps at th front of the train station |

Really good location about less than 5 minutes walk to the tube line, the rooms were clean, well decorarated and a reasonable size. The breakfast served was excellent and had a wealth of choice for meat eater and vegetarian. it was freezing outside but even still our room was so unbelievably hot (even when we turned the heating off) that we had to open the window allowing the road noise in to waken us. Actually wasn't too much of a problem though. |

getting information about the opera the first night. the staff was friendly, the computer in the lobby was not working very well... the mouse was sticking and it was hard to operate. why charge? |

Convenient location for catching an early train. Room was comfortable, clean, & quiet. It can be a bit difficult to locate as it is on the 4th-6th floor of a commercial building. A larger, clear sign indicating the front door would be helpful. |
