“ The staff are wonderful! Although we were the only English staying, we were made to feel very welcome and the staff helped all they could. They are a fantastic example of how lovely Hungarian people are towards visitors to their Country. A historic palace with a spa area amid large garden with a pool, the Batthyány Kastélyszálló is located west of Heviz and Lake Balaton. It features on-site tennis court and an elegant restaurant. All rooms and apartment features solid wooden furniture and parquet floors and include a private bathroom. Apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen. Free Wi-Fi is available in the public areas. Spa facilities include an indoor thermal pool, a sauna, a hot tub, a solarium and various massage services. You can enjoy playing billiards, table tennis or darts and kids can have fun at the playground on site. Hungarian cuisine is served in the elegant restaurant with its high ceiling and large windows offering views of the park. The staff are wonderful! Although we were the only English staying, we were made to feel very welcome and the staff helped all they could. They are a fantastic example of how lovely Hungarian people are towards visitors to their Country. The quality of the food and drink was very high with a very good breakfast to look forward to each morning. Thank you! (Koszonom) The bed was very difficult to sleep on. It was very hard and the springs were visible on the surface. However, placing a duvet over the bed softened it up. There is NO air conditioning and we were grateful for the looan of a fan with temps up to 41 degrees! Also, the room was not serviced every day apart from the bin being emptied and we stayed for 8 days without a change of bed linen - sorry!

Fugonyok le szakadva szobába és nagyon bovli! Párnak régiek és nagyon kényelmetlen.Nagyon sürgősen szükség újakkat venni!!!!! Folyosókon szőnyegek nincsenek porcivozva és minden poros!!Wifi nincs szobákban csak recepcioban van.Regeli és vacsora megfelelő és felszolgálók nagyon segítő készek,udvariasan.
