The interior decoration of our room was nice. The girls at the reception desk were very kind. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning in our room - just a fan - and it was very hot when we arrived. The bathroom was almost an oven. We had to keep our windows open at night to get some cool air in. Breakfast offer was rather limited and not too nicely presented. In the bathroom: no hair dryer and very few cheap-quality amenities. No slipper provided. We were disturbed at night by other guests talking loudly and laughing in the inner courtyard until 3am at night. |

unexpected lack of conditioned air in the room assigned, poor breakfast, lack of professionality in managing the complains, priced compared with the poor overall quality, I had to tell them I would have left the hotel to have a room with the conditioned air, no conditioned air in the breakfast room |

nice location well decorated room. The room had on the ceiling a velux window which wasn't opaque and let the light getting in at 4h.30 in the morning & therefore wake you up very early in the summer time. I also was surprised I had to provide on credit card twice my pin code though the first time appeared code was OK, they answered for security reasons? and had to sign 3 invoices! for one night! |

Sehr grosses, komfortables Zimmer. Tolles Ambiente durch Fachwerk auch im Raum.Angeschlossenes Restaurant nebenan mit 10% Rabatt. Englisch-Kenntnisse des Empfangspersonals waren an dem Abend nur mässig trotz internationaler Ausrichtung/Gäste |

Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen lapselle, joka oli matkassamme. Sai kulkea vapaasti ja rattaille oli tilaa ettei tarvinnut viedä huoneeseen. Roskia ei tyhjennetty koko kolmen päivän aikana huoneesta. Sitä olikin jo kertynyt kun oli kolme henkilöä ja vain pieni roskis vessassa. |

Hotelli oli erittäin siisti ja uuden oloinen. Hotelli sijitsi erittäin hyvällä paikalla koska se oli rauhallinen, mutta kuitenkin erittäin lähellä keskustaa ja basilikaa. Voin suositella. |

verzorgd en uitgebreid ontbijt. Goede ligging en propere kamers. Geen airco, wat in een warm land wel nodig is! Bij aankomst was het > +35°C in de kamer! Slapen onmogelijk. Te weinig verduisterende gordijnen, waardoor het vanaf 5 uur klaar is. |

Die Architektur und wie der Architekt den Innehof gestaltet hat. Das Hotel ist neu und somit ist alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Matratzen und das Bad in sehr gutem Zustand. für Ungarische Verhältnisse absolut top. Aber wie gesagt, das Hotel ist neu. 1. Ganz übel sind die Parkmöglichkeiten. 2. Die stickige Luft in der Lobby in dem Flur und in den Zimmern. Die Ursache ist der im Untergrund liegende Wellness Bereich. 3. Die Belüftungsmöglichkeiten der Zimmer. 4. Fehlender Insektenschutz vor den Fenstern. Im Hochsommer wollte ich nicht in diesem Hotel übernachten. |
