Kvalitetna usluga smeštaja, doručak je izvrstan/švedski sto/. Za svaku preporuku, posebno za one koji vole hotele koji odskaču od uobičajnog klasičnog izgleda hotela. Hotel je pun antikvitet i umetničkih dela. Vredi provesti bar jednu noć u njemu. Nama je ovo drugi put.

Izuzetna profesionalnost osoblja, enterijer sa dozom luksuza, a pri tome, prilično ekonomičan.

Everything is perfect. I suppose - the best hotel in town, baths and swimming pool are included, good breakfast is included. Very cheap at the same time. We forgot our notebook at the reception, they wrote us the same day. Recommend to everyone. The city is also very nice and easy to reach from Vienna by car (45 min).

Comfortable hotel, centrally located with the charm of a bygone era. The staff were very helpful. There were renovations underway but these did not disturb and I was scarcely aware of them. I dined in the first night and the food was excellent. Breakfast was slightly disappointing after that, but okay.

It would take a book to describe how we enjoyed the hotel, from our arrival to leaving. The only negative is that we had to leave. It was wonderful from the room, food, wine and of course, the staff. Just a wonderful place to stay.

I believe for this price we could hardly find a better accommodation in the area. Hotel is in downtown but can be easily found with a car; you can park your car on the street (don't have to pay for parking on weekends) or put it in the garage (which was the case for us and became very useful as 20cm fresh snow fall during the night). The reception, lobby and the dining area are in the 120 years old building while some of the rooms are in a newer one which is actually attached to the old one - from which you don't realize too much walking inside the hotel. We stayed in a new room - was the same quality as in another 4* hotel. Ask for a new/refurbished room if possible.

Food during breakfast and dinner is not the highest quality but it is reasonable priced. We did not used the gym and the spa - so have no info on that one.

We were really satisfied with willingness of staff also with clean room and wellness. We have spent pleasant time during our holiday. Good breakfest and offer of dishes from menu. My evaluation is very positive - the ratio among price and service is really good.

beautifully designed and furnished old-style hotel. very attractive price. placed at the surprisingly well-preserved historical centre of sopron. excellent breakfast. very near option to stay when travelling by car to vienna or parndorf outlet shopping village. free parking right next to the hotel at nights or at the weekends.free swimming pool, jakuzzi, sauna.

stayed in room 348, which looked great but had very thin walls. we were woken up by a neighbour who switched on tv at 6.15 in the morning!!

Good value.

Noisy! The hotel has a conference room where they keep events, usually on the week ends. During our stay, there was a large party with live music. The music was loud, the show went on til 2am!!! Couldn't sleep! Simply I don't understand, why they did not informed us about it, in advance. They knew we are coming with kids. Before You go, check if they have events during your stay.

We booked a double room with king sized bed for three nights. When we arrived, we got a room with two single beds. When we complained about it, we got another room, which became full of smoke (quite surprising in a fully non-smoking hotel), so we needed to move into a third room in the middle of the night. That room was so noisy, we were listening to the elevator all night. Next morning, the hotel management offered us the presidential suit as a compensation, but we were so disappointed, that we just left.

Restaurant a disaster,rude staff.Buffet but no menus what is it who knows. Breakfast,stale bread dishwater juice,go nowhere near the restaurant.

We stayed for one night in this classical, romantic hotel. The building has a royal shine.

The bathroom in our room was very clean but the utilities were a bit worn out. Nevertheless, everything worked perfectly.
