I like this hotel very much..is in the heart of Budapest and is reallz relevant from all points of wiev...staff,location,breakfast...for all resons this hotel is the best choice to have a pleasent stay in Budapest..I recomand this hotel from open heart |

Location was nice with a good connection by metro which is close to hotel. İt has typical Best Western quality. Fast check in, good rooms, decent facilities, good reception and internet service. |

Cheerful staff on reception - which is quite a rarity! Breakfast excellent, and included in the price too - also a rarity. If we go back to Budapest we shall stay at the Art Hotel again. Pity about the refuse collections 3 out of 5 mornings at about 5.30! Husband managed to sleep through it! Loved the new carpets. |

The personnel was very kind and forthcoming. The room was quite large and comfortable. It was a small, convenient hotell that offered me what I needed. The hotel seemed to be understaffed concerning cleaning personnel. |

Good position Small rooms, inefficient air conditioned so it was wery warm/hot in the room at 4 floor, no variety in breakfast, just few (4 and after two days 7) programs to TV, one of telecomands without batteries... |

We were really pleased with the location of this hotel. It was very close to the Market and other tourist attractions on the Pest side of town. It was clean and attractive and the woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We thought the price was very reasonable. The roadwork was finished so it was easy to access. Upon request they arranged for a car to pick us up at the airport. The airconditioning was not "working" and since I read reviews from last summer saying it was not working I am starting to think that it never works so beware if a/c is vital to your comfort. |

Expect for the hotels distance from the metro station, we found everything else good with this hotel. We can definitely recommend it. |

Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very well situated in the centre of the town on walking distance of the river. Nice clean room and good breakfast. The restaurant and bar are closed but this is no problem since there are lots of nice restaurants and bar in the close vicinity of the hotel. This hotel is certainly good value for money. |

The hotel and staff at Hotel Art in Budapest were wonderful, friendly, helpful and the rooms very clean. Also a very good continental breakfast included in the price and very central for sightseeing. |

The reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The size of our double room. Climbing from the end of the bed can be fun but not in the middle of the night. |

location, design, clanliness The parking situation was ridiculous. The site offers parking, but does not mention it's in another hotel two blocks away - due to labyrinth of one way streets it's actually very far away. The staff at reception desk can't offer any information concerning driving to the other location and parking, since "they don't drive". |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, with lots of variety. The location allowed us to walk to all major attractions on both sides of the river. Situated on a pedestrian walkway, it was lovely and quiet at night. Taxis were still able to park nearby. |
