We were really pleased with the location of this hotel. It was very close to the Market and other tourist attractions on the Pest side of town. It was clean and attractive and the woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We thought the price was very reasonable. The roadwork was finished so it was easy to access. Upon request they arranged for a car to pick us up at the airport. The airconditioning was not "working" and since I read reviews from last summer saying it was not working I am starting to think that it never works so beware if a/c is vital to your comfort. |

It was in a convenient location with very helpful staff. Our only problem was that the air conditioning in the bedroom did not seem to be working. |

Expect for the hotels distance from the metro station, we found everything else good with this hotel. We can definitely recommend it. |

Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very well situated in the centre of the town on walking distance of the river. Nice clean room and good breakfast. The restaurant and bar are closed but this is no problem since there are lots of nice restaurants and bar in the close vicinity of the hotel. This hotel is certainly good value for money. |

The hotel and staff at Hotel Art in Budapest were wonderful, friendly, helpful and the rooms very clean. Also a very good continental breakfast included in the price and very central for sightseeing. |

The reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The size of our double room. Climbing from the end of the bed can be fun but not in the middle of the night. |

location, design, clanliness The parking situation was ridiculous. The site offers parking, but does not mention it's in another hotel two blocks away - due to labyrinth of one way streets it's actually very far away. The staff at reception desk can't offer any information concerning driving to the other location and parking, since "they don't drive". |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, with lots of variety. The location allowed us to walk to all major attractions on both sides of the river. Situated on a pedestrian walkway, it was lovely and quiet at night. Taxis were still able to park nearby. |

The location was excellent, central to everything yet very quiet. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied and the rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. Importantly for us, the WiFi signal was strong. The reception staff all spoke fluent English, were very helpful and friendly. We were on a winter promotion tariff at Easter and our week's stay was amazingly cheap! |

Location is great: the hotel is 5 minutes walking from subway station and close to shopping and restaurants street (Váci Utca and Ráday Utca). Free wi-fi. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Nice and clean room. |
