Clean comfortable room. Excellent central location close to many city attractions. Good value for money. This will be a nice place to stay once the street construction is over. Lots of construction in the area. No access to hotel by car. No water for 1 day from 8am to 2pm because of street construction. No forewarning of what to expect. It took about 1.5 hours to arrive at hotel and after arriving in Budapest. Staff was unsympathetic. |

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff are friendly and extemely helpful. Rooms are fairly small but are decorated to an excellent standard. The bathroom is excellent and has a power shower and the bed is extremely comfortable. I would definitley stay at this hotel again and would recommend to my family and friends. Breakfast is included in the room rate. |

Perfect location in the heart of the city. Vaci utca, market hall etc within short walking distance. Nice & cosy hotel in general! Breakfast: not many things to choose from and if you went quite late for breakfast, they did not refill buffet, so there was not much to have. Hotel does not have a locked luggage room; you may leave your bag to an open room (where you can use a computer), but it's not really an ideal alternative. Even a small closet for some bags would do! |

La posizione dell'albergo era ottima Al momento della partenza ho avuto problemi col check out in quanto non è stata rispettata la cifra con voi pattuita e cioè dell'ultima notte (149 le prime tre notti e 129 l'ultima)!I 20 euro che mi sono stati addebittati in più (149 anche l'ultima notte)li ho recuperati con un accredito sulla carta al momento, ma dopo non poche trattative! Altri 10 euro (non so cosa siano)invece sono andati persi |
