Best Western Hotel Art  

フロントのスタッフは英語がかなり話せてよかった。部屋の不具合があったのでそれを伝えたらすぐに見に来て- くれて直してくれた。大人2人、子ども2人（9歳と11歳）で行ったが、部屋が2部屋でダブルベッド（シン- グルが2つくっついているもの）が2つあり、ベッドがちょうどよい固さでよかった。冷蔵庫もありよかった。-

バスルームはシャワーだけで排水が少し悪いのが気になった。アメニティグッズはあったが、固形石鹸があまり- 泡立たなかった。朝食はウィンナーやスクランブルエッグがありよかったが、コーヒーがあまりおいしくなく、- 野菜（きゅうりやパプリカ）やハムは少し乾燥気味でよくなかった。ホテルポリシーの欄に「敷地内に事前予約- 不要の専用パーキングあり」と書いてあったが、少し遠くの一般の公共パーキングに停めるようになっていたの- で、敷地内ではないな、と思いました。

市内中心部には地下鉄でもトラムでも行けて便利。またホテル近くに コンビニもあり、ちょっとした買い物も出来て良かった。チェーンホテルなのでクオリティで心配しなくてもい- い。

大人2人、子供2人で2泊利用しました。スーパーやレストラン、地下鉄、トラム駅すべてが近く、大変便利で- した。受付のスタッフも大変親切でした。

水量は問題ないが、少しシャワーのお湯がぬるめだった。

- Very good location. Close to subway and walking distance to many city attractions. - Very clean. - Renovated room. - Good breakfast.

- Small room. The room was not a triple room as the reservation suggests. It was a double room with an extra bed. - There is no place for the soap in the shower.

Hotel was in a good location just next to grand market, and on the same street there is a 24 hour market. If weather is ok you can make a walking tour for whole Budapest from your hotel. Breakfast was in a little bit small place but it was enough. Quality of the hotel was much more than it's price. Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there if i go to Budapest again.

Within walking distance to main sights and attractions, nice restaurants and good shopping nearby. Also, parking on surrounding streets is free on weekends (though it is a little tricky to find).

The room was like a sauna when we arrived and we had to turn off the heating and open all the windows to get it down to a habitable temperature. The bathroom remained uncomfortably hot for the duration of our stay due to a heated towel rack that we couldn't work out how to turn off. The hotel charged 10 euro per night for our dog to stay (which is quite high compared to other similar hotels).

Good service and location, affordable price

A bit old fashioned, but for that price level it did not bother me

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the location was excellent!

Initially they put us in a room far too small for me, my partner and our 5 month old baby. Considering they knew in advance that we were a family, a bit of forethought would have been good. Having said that, we did change rooms for our second night which was much more spacious and a very nice room. Breakfast was very disappointing compared to other Best Westerns we have stayed in, with DIY instant coffee and very little choice of food.

W-lan, good breakfast, nice staff, good price offer

The tv programs are poor, no ard, zdf, orf, arte

Most of the things about the hotel we liked.

We requested for packed breakfast as we checked out at 04:30 am to catch our flight. They obliged but later on we discovered that the packed food was not of good taste and good standard. They could have done it better.

Quiet location in pedestrian side-street but close to tram/metro. We booked two twin rooms at the same price but one was at least 50 percent larger than the other (which was cramped). We asked for a change and got it - excellent.

The receiption is very friendly and helpful. Location is only 2 minutes to a metro station. I used the Sauna, it's nice and free!

Single room especially the shower cabin is kind of smal as a star hotel.
