Położenie w centrum miasta, śniadania istotnie dobre, ale nie wybiegały poza standardy dobrego hotelu. Brak parkingu I bardzo utrudniony dojazd samochodem, praktycznie nie ma gdzie zaparkować samochodem pozostaje tylko płatne parkowanie na uliczkach miejskich o ile znajdzie się miejsce.

Five minutes walk to Vaci street, hotel is very clean with professional staff; breakfast is good enough for shorter stay. The room was a bit small, but was enough for two people.

- Very good location. Close to subway and walking distance to many city attractions. - Very clean. - Renovated room. - Good breakfast. - Small room. The room was not a triple room as the reservation suggests. It was a double room with an extra bed. - There is no place for the soap in the shower.

Hotel was in a good location just next to grand market, and on the same street there is a 24 hour market. If weather is ok you can make a walking tour for whole Budapest from your hotel. Breakfast was in a little bit small place but it was enough. Quality of the hotel was much more than it's price. Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there if i go to Budapest again.

Within walking distance to main sights and attractions, nice restaurants and good shopping nearby. Also, parking on surrounding streets is free on weekends (though it is a little tricky to find). The room was like a sauna when we arrived and we had to turn off the heating and open all the windows to get it down to a habitable temperature. The bathroom remained uncomfortably hot for the duration of our stay due to a heated towel rack that we couldn't work out how to turn off. The hotel charged 10 euro per night for our dog to stay (which is quite high compared to other similar hotels).

Everything! The people of the Hotel were incredible,and the service was awesome overall. The only thing u can add as a "con",is that there was a problem with my door during my stay (duna room). The door couldnt lock or close.Simply put,anyone could get in at any time,if I didnt put a chair from behind to block it.i refered this,but didnt get fixed.Nevertheless,i m sure its not the staff's fault for this,but probably of the guy who had to fix this.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the location was excellent! Initially they put us in a room far too small for me, my partner and our 5 month old baby. Considering they knew in advance that we were a family, a bit of forethought would have been good. Having said that, we did change rooms for our second night which was much more spacious and a very nice room. Breakfast was very disappointing compared to other Best Westerns we have stayed in, with DIY instant coffee and very little choice of food.

Receptionist extremely disposable. Good location to reach Buda and see Pest. Breakfast quite basic but ok. Some rrevamping works on but they were not noisy.

Most of the things about the hotel we liked. We requested for packed breakfast as we checked out at 04:30 am to catch our flight. They obliged but later on we discovered that the packed food was not of good taste and good standard. They could have done it better.

Quiet location in pedestrian side-street but close to tram/metro. We booked two twin rooms at the same price but one was at least 50 percent larger than the other (which was cramped). We asked for a change and got it - excellent.

We stayed for one night and had a lovely time, hotel is simple, but clean and evryone was very lovely and helpful. Parking possible in the nearby hotel Mercury.

The receiption is very friendly and helpful. Location is only 2 minutes to a metro station. I used the Sauna, it's nice and free! Single room especially the shower cabin is kind of smal as a star hotel.

Very pleasant & quiet location with reasonably priced bars & restaurants nearby. Close proximity to transport and shops. Free wifi was an added bonus. Rooms small but very clean

We arrived at 6:00 am and they allowed us early check in. After only 4 hours interrupted sleep on the train, this was great news. They also sent a taxi to the train station for us which made things much easier for us.Through out our stay the customer service was excellent. Because the twin bed room we requested was occupied at 6:00 the only room available was very small. A minor inconvenience.

Nice hotel at good location. Building is quite old, therefore everything a bit narrow. Excellent coffee at breakfast. Internet connection okay. Quiet location in the city centre. Breakfast a bit basic.
