It was an amazing location, close to the metro and walking distance to the city centre. All the staff were superb! They were welcoming and extremely helpful. Szoltz, Thomas and both the Ediths!

Relatively low price for an okay hotel in an historical (?) building in the central area of the city. Very good coffee for breakfast. Okay internet facilities.

I booked a double room, but luckily I was alone because this was hardly a double room: it would have been very small for 2 people. There was also only one chair in the room (confirming that it was maybe for one person?). A second one would have taken away the last bit of free space however. The manager at the reception however said that it should have had 2 chairs. Since I was alone it was fine for me, but I think the hotel and booking.com should be clearer about the size of the rooms offered. Isolation of the room is not that good: you also hear the bell of the elevator in the room (luckily there are not many rooms per floor so that not many people pass).

Very easy access by bus (200) and metro (M3) to Kálvin tèr and from there very short walk to hotel. Great location good metro and tram connections to everywhere. Short distances by walk also. Very nice hotel. Everything in good shape, very clean and absolutely most helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Lot of restaurants near. Famous and very interesting Market Hall only some hundrets meters from hotel. Easy choice for our next visit to Budapest! Great value for money.

Hotel was in a good location just next to grand market, and on the same street there is a 24 hour market. If weather is ok you can make a walking tour for whole Budapest from your hotel. Breakfast was in a little bit small place but it was enough. Quality of the hotel was much more than it's price. Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there if i go to Budapest again.

We stayed for one night and had a lovely time, hotel is simple, but clean and evryone was very lovely and helpful. Parking possible in the nearby hotel Mercury.

Position.

The gym is very poor and the sauna not working.

We arrived at 6:00 am and they allowed us early check in. After only 4 hours interrupted sleep on the train, this was great news. They also sent a taxi to the train station for us which made things much easier for us.Through out our stay the customer service was excellent.

Because the twin bed room we requested was occupied at 6:00 the only room available was very small. A minor inconvenience.

Location. Friendly service.

Tiny room. Expensive

The Hotel is excellent by its location, by its confort and many other services. The cost-benefit is really profitable. Next to a subway station, the Central Market and Váci utca - shopping street - I really felt rewarded for the choice!
