The hotel is located at a very central location. Only couple of minutes walk from the red and blue metro lines. Infact most of the Pest side can be covered by walk. Free water, cofee, chocolate milk from 10.00-17.00, free sauna and jaccuzi...great breakfast....superb staff...

Excellent facilities, great staff, one of the best breakfast buffets of our 3-week trip through Austria and Hungary. Obviously a very well-managed hotel - attention to detail was evident throughout, especially in hiring staff!

Nora at reception was informative, helpful and most cheerful. Only too pleased to offer suggestions and give directions. Complimentary coffee etc in the lounge was a bonus. Breakfast was 5 star.

The whole experience was perfect.... The entire staff, without exception, is friendly, helpful, and efficient. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the breakfast choice is superb, the location is very convenient and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Budapest.

Incredible staff - very polite and always willing to help. The rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast was perfect. Our room (304) was next to the cleaning ladies room, so there was hustle and bustle early in the morning which was not the best experience, although the lady itself was very friendly, nondisturbing and helpful and the rooms were spotlessly clean

Cgood location, clean, modern and excellant breakfast selection. Not a dislike but would have preferred to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Available in the general areas of the hotel but not great if yo like a drink first thing in the morning before getting up or similarly last thing at night. My room did not have mirror over the desk or a plug socket close to the mirror in the room making it difficult to use straightners/curling tongs or own hairdyer etc On the postive the hairdryer in the bathroom was a proper hair dyer.

Sfaff were extremly nice and heplfull - nothing was a problem, they made for us dinner and boat trip reservation, I just mentioned in a booking we are coming with a small daughter and bed was already prepared there.... I appreciate the possibility of free drinks from 10-17, as it was very hot outside. Breakfast was really perfect. I did not like the bed, as it was kind of "light" Ikea type one, so it was moving with every our moves...

From the time of our arrival until our departure the staff were very friendly and did everything we asked of them. They took care of our bookings for shows; theater and even external dinner bookings. Breakfast atmosphere is very nice with staff on hand to ensure everything ran smooth. The free coffee and tea service all day long is something to note. Excellent wi-fi throughout, with 2 computers on hand for use by the guests. I also noted 2 ipads for use which the children in the hotel at he time were making good use of.

I really enjoyed my stay in Best Western Premier Hotel Parlament. The stuff was very polite and they always wanted to help us. The breakfast was great too, big selection of food(pastry, fruit, beverages, and many other typical Hungarian food). You can relax in sauna and hot tub, it is included in price, which is amazing. Room was very modern, tidy and comfortable. The hotel is in the city center, only few minutes walk to the Parlament, Vaci street and metro station. When I come to Budapest next time, I will definitely stay in this hotel again. I would highly recommend this hotel to everybody, because it is a great value of money, for offered services.

quiet, relaxed, considered and friendly. We were given one of the smallest rooms and it seemed a little sad as it was a treat for us to stay in a nice hotel, so I asked to be offered a better room which they were happy to do. We were very happy with the room they then offered us.

Service was excellent, Staff helpful and no language problem at all. Breakfast served in pleasant surroundings and free coffee available at almost all times. Fresh newspapers in several languages and plenty of fruit everywhere. Some of the modern design ideas in the rooms not all that practical. The breakfast was excellent! The location was great, between the Parliament and the Opera house and there are a lot of great restaurants around. Make sure you pick up the free bottled water when it's available during the day. Some people might not like the door to the bathroom as it's frosted glass, with no lock and gaps around the frame. It's fine if you're intimate with the person you are sharing with.

The hotel was very nice, and was perfect for conducting business meetings at the nice bar available. Even nicer than the hotel was the hotel staff - it is sometimes even more important than the room itself. ALL hotel staff members were very friendly, and assisted me with any request or information needed, with a smile - it really made my short stay great!
