Ideally situated near the Parlament on the Pest side, just 5 minutes from the metro, it was for us the perfect spot to discover the city. I think it's hard quite hard to find a hotel that offers you this price / quality warranty! The hotel has a clean & cosy atmosphere, rooms are extremely clean and everything still looks brand new! But most important, an extremely helpful and friendly staff. Complimentery drinks (water and tea/coffee) are available during the day, which is a nice extra. |

Breakfast was good, staff were friendly, location was nice and quiet and fairly near the metro. The hotel was a little smaller than I expected for a 4* hotel and the leisure facilities were not worth the effort. Also surprising that there is no restaurant. |

Minimalist/modern style & very clean. The staff were very helpfull & spoke English very well, They could even understand our Scottish accents! On arrival the bathroom tap broke - we were offered a new room immediately. The area around the hotel was quiet, with about a 15 min walk into the centre of the town. Good location. |

Large comfortable room, huge bathroom and excellent breakfast and exceptionally well mannered and helpful reception staff. Perhaps, room a bit too clinical and modern for 2 elderly ladies - 2 televisions which were not used and would have preferred a mirror above the desk. Also space between the twin beds please. |

The wellness facilities were surprised for us and the sauna , jacuzzi etc. was very good. I have to say that the breakfasts were so good.Altough it was not too far the metro station , we generaly didn't take any transportation when visiting the historical places.I mean it was OK and we were happy being there.Probably next year we would be visit Budapest and no doubt that we would be stay Best Western Hotel Parlament. |

Great location near the Parliament. Nice, modern and fairly big rooms with new furniture. Free Internet. Good breakfast. Helpful personnel. Excellent price/quality ratio. Will stay here next time All beds in rooms are not fixed in their places, thus, it becomes a real problem if you change position during the night and the bed starts moving... Could not really sleep because of it... |

ambiente was good :) The bed was very bad. It wasn´t king bed, but two separate beds that did not even stay together. The beds were very unstable, moving from each other. Couldnt sleep the whole night trying to fix the beds every half an hour. It was very annoying and to be honest in destroyed the whole stay in Budapest. |

The hotel is very clean and modern. It provides a good breakfast daily and has an internet corner which is very handy. It also supplied bottles of cool water in the bar for free to all guests prior to 5pm which is a nice little extra. The rooms are very nice, modern & clean but compact. There is no ironing board/ iron - you have to call down for this. The bathroom door is also one that has an inch space between the door and frame so might not be suitable for people who enjoy their privacy when using the bathroom!! |
