Best Western Premier Hotel Parlament  

Excellent facilities, great staff, one of the best breakfast buffets of our 3-week trip through Austria and Hungary. Obviously a very well-managed hotel - attention to detail was evident throughout, especially in hiring staff!

Bathroom is very chic and modern but the frosted door (and gap) doesn't provide much privacy, difficult to keep water from shower from going all over the floor

First class in every respect. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice.

We were greeted with a warm welcome, the first room that we were allocated was not suitable because of the slanted roof. The second room was great, outstanding cleanliness with a fantastic large bathroom. Breakfast is vast and plentiful to last you through the day, the selection is varied offering hot and cold. Although there is no tea or coffee in the rooms, it's free throughout the day in the bar along with bottled water and snacks.

The downside to this hotel is the air con and the dogs that are allowed, the dogs start barking early in the morning which spoil the whole experience of the stay.

The staff were very kind and helpful. They had good level of English. They helped us to get to the airport with very reasonable fees (5800 huf per cab in half an hour where shuttle service was for 5000 huf and it took an hour). The cab drivers they arranged us were trustworthy and could speak in English. Our room was extremely clean (big plus) and the breakfast they served was very satisfactory. I recommend this hotel.

It was in a good location....easy to get to the various sites and great for public transport. It was also off the main road so it was nice and quiet in the hotel at nights. The staff in the hotel were excellent especially the reception staff who always greeted you and helped with directions, eating places etc. Great buffet breakfast each morning.included in the price.

Very nice room, clean and spacious. Welcoming and helpful staff. Delicious buffet breakfast. Modern design around internal courtyard. Small comfortable bar open in evening, perfect to relax after hard day of tourism. Small library with picture books of Hungary. Free internet facilities.

The staff is very kind and professional, the room was confortable and clean, the breakfast is fine, the location of the hotel is good. The metro is at a few minutes and the shopping streets are at a walking distance.

In the evening the streets near to the hotel are unfrequented.

Room design very modern and minimalist.Room very clean with good wardrobe space.Modern bathroom with array of toileteries supplied.Fridge located in room.Staff very friendly and informative at reception.Good choice at breakfast,fresh fruit,yoghurt,hot buffet and selection of breads.Staff at breakfast very friendly.Hot and cold drinks available free of charge throughout the day.

Reception staff were very helpful and the views of the roofs from the 4th floor rooms. Wonderful. The whirlpool and the chill out area is small though relaxing for 2 to 3 people. Delicious breakfast. Perfect location for Pest - within walking distance of parliament, state opera and western railway station (airport). It's a calm modern/modest space inside an old building - beautifully renovated/designed with central glass ceiling.

I was put in a ground floor room at first - where people walked past the bedroom [but the staff kindly moved me to the 4th floor with lower ceilings and views of the roofs.] the whirlpool is relaxing and beautifully designed but the shower room is not very private. The design (lack of lock in a frosted glass door) makes you feel that anyone in the corridor could wander in while you are changing.

Good location, right near the parliament building and about a 15 minute walk to the main centre. Clean good sized room, friendly check in, nice breakfast spread and the added bonus of a spa and sauna.

Some might find it a bit of a walk into the centre (we didn't) but there is a tram stop near by. Room was really hot when we first arrived.
