I stayed at Hotel Parlment for 4 nights from the end of April on a city break to Budapest with my mum. We both absolutely loved the hotel which is very comfortable, clean and has very friendly and helpful staff. The location of the hotel is excellent and only a 5/10 minute walk from the Parliament building, with St Stephen's Basilica and the Opera House about 15 minute walk, and there are several metro stations nearby. The room was really comfortable and modern, the breakfast was excellent with plenty choice and it was really handy having a couple of free computers to use to keep up to date with emails etc. The hotel bar was really nice for a relaxing glass of wine to finish of a day of sightseeing - one of the best hotels i've ever stayed in and at a reasonably price! Budapest is an awesome city - go!!!

1.good location 2.pleasant and friendly staff 3.here is no problem to buy water and other things - to the shops just 3 minutes walk

1.very small area for breakfast 2.the breakfast is poor, always have to wait for something 3.There is no view from the window of 4 floors (room 414) - dormer windows

Internet connection is poor, WIFI works in one corner of the room, but not in the other.

Great little hotel. Clean. Close to all sites. Very friendly staff very nice. Wonderful quite room with all the facilities. Quite location. Amazing breakfast.

Staff was exceptional in all respects. Hotel very modern and comfortable. Room rate especially reasonable compared to other hotels we looked at.

I love Budapest and this was my 4th time there for a short break! The hotel is very well located but also very peaceful. But the icing on the cake is the staff - the friendly helpful emails we exchanged before our arrival and the patience, friendliness and helpfulness during my visit made our stay very relaxing. We will return and recommend the hotel to our friends.

The pillows were either too soft or too firm!!

I loved everything about the hotel..Staff on arrival were fantastic as were all staff during our stay...very nice comfortable bedrooms and exceptionally clean too...breakfast was excellent,,,the loan of umbrellas was nice and little things like apples and sometimes sweets at reception was also a nice touch...the idea of refreshments between 10am and 5pm at the bar was a great idea....not that we abused the hospitality that's not our way.....all in all a excellent hotel....and have already recommended to friends for their stay end of this year...well done....

Although excellent hotel..I think tilt and turn windows would have been better..... The glass door leading to the bathroom was ok but not on a double hinge, my husband had a accident with the glass door.....and there were no ice packs or first aid kits at the hotel....JUST IN CASE a child were to have a accident or bump their head .....that would be essential that first aid kits were available .....

Excellent location near the Parliament and walking distance to the shopping area Vaci Utca Street. Nice stylish boutique hotel, very quiet, good sound insulation. Perfect clean rooms and clean bathroom. Free Wi-fi, too (and available). Hotel staff is helpful. Great breakfast. Ļoti laba atrašanās vieta - blakus Parlamentam un iepirkšanās ielai Vaci Ut. Ērts sabiedriskais transports un lidostu. Tīras, nesen remontētas istabas. Perfekta un tīra vannas istaba. Ir siltās brokastis. Laipns un atsaucīgs personāls.

The staff were exceptional on check in, very friendly, helpful, courteous and above all nothing was to hard for them. They were on hand to answer endless questions from everyone. The facilities at the hotel were exceptional, including the magnificent breakfast provided. Great variety of food. The location was excellent and you can wander around at night and feel absalutely safe. There wasnt any street noise and we were located over the main street and had the window open. 24 hour small supermarkets are nearby if you need anything.

The only thing that let the hotel down was the beds which were very hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were also extremely hard and I had great difficulty sleeping, if they could fix that then I would give the hotel a perfect 10

The staff were efficient, charming, tireless and attentive. We felt throughout our stay that there was nothing they couldn't or wouldn't do to help us to enjoy our sojourn to the fullest. We will be back!

While rooms were not big, everything was clean and contemporary. Great breakfast buffet. Location was ideal.

The staff was outstanding. The breakfast (variety/quality) was really good. The room was clean and comfortable. The Internet connection speed was very fast. Some tv channels were American/English. The Hotel was an easy walk to Nyugati train station.

You could clearly see someone sitting on the toilet through the cracks in the bathroom door. The bathroom door didn't provide privacy. Power to outlets were cut off when your keycard was not in the wall slot. The refrigerator did not get cold.

Modern,quite,clean rooms. Excellent location. Honest price. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free internet service. Very good breakfast.

Everything was perfect!

good location (5 min walk to metro), nice breakfast (breads, cheeses, eggs, bacon, fruits, juices)

beds were hard and moved around the floor (seemed cheap), wifi was very spotty

Everything from room, breakfast, design, and great staff and besides all mentioned cons. The place to go when staying in beautiful Budapest. I strongly recommend this hotel!

Lack of free parking is annoying. Internet quality fluctuates between good and impossible. Heating during winter-like time is on all the time and the only way to reduce it is to open a window. Really hot:)
