Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel promotes itself as a wellness hotel. However, the sauna facilities only accommodate 2 people, the pool and pool areas are small. Therefore, it is not, in the proper sense, a "wellness" hotel. People travelling from Western Europe should remember that Hungary has had a difficult modern history and Inarcs, where the hotel is located, reflects that - it is not Western Europe and visitors would do well to take this into account.

We enjoyed the location of this hotel - in the middle of the nature, the large domain, the tranquility of the place, the Hungarian food, the nice spa. Although we booked a superior double room, we received a little room at the attic of the building. When we told this to the receptionist, we were told that they didn`t have another room. Only after we ask for the director, we discover that there were plenty of other rooms, so we got one of these. At the end of october, it was a bit cold in the room in the early morning.

Sijainti oli meille otollinen, n. 30 km päässä Sarlospuszan ampumaurheilukeskuksesta, missä pojallamme oli kilpailut. Toiseen suuntaan 30 km oli Budapest ja lentokenttä oli lähellä. Maaseudun rauha ja kylpylä olivat meille luksusta. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja ruoka oli herkullista! Kotieläimet pihalla olivat kivoja. Huoneet olivat siistejä ja sauna plussaa! Miljöö romanttinen ja upea!

Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä. Hotelli oli myös rauhallinen ja ruoka hyvää. Saunan käyttö oli mielestäni luksusta, oli mukava käydä siellä aina kisapäivän jälkeen. Tanssilattiaa kaipasin :)
