Helpful staff, great location! A must stay
Impeccable, friendly, helpful staff, beautiful contemporary room and great value for money
Huge Rome great style
Comfort of apartment, very spacious and very nice designed. Good location of hotel.
We waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes for check in because the room was not prepared on agreed time. Floor was dirty and room smelled on cleaning liquid. Mini bar was empty during our 4 days. Second day, housekeepers didn't clean our room, they didn't make the bed, just changed the towels. I complained because of that and they promised that they will give me feedback regarding this matter, but they didn't. On our departure, elevator didn't work and we had to carry our luggage from the 5th floor. They didn't apologize or give us any explanation. I cannot believe that their service has become so much worse for the one year. Big disappointment.
Staff are great, good location for the underground,
size of room comfort
The stark decor
Cleanliness at this hotel is superb! This was our 2nd visit, last time being Christmass 2012. Access to The Boscolo hotel and its spa, bar and full facilities is very easily accessible. Closeness to the airport is of great importance. The journey by taxi costs 8,000 HUF each way which is approximately £20. The apartments are opposite a really good bar which serves fantastic cocktails and Hungarian local dishes such as beef goulash with ewe cheese dumplings, ham hock with braised red cabbage and creamed potatoes. Well worth a visit! We always visit there on our trips to Budapest. The opera's are also well worth a visit. Prices are so cheap compared with those in the UK. This weekend we saw Rigoletto which cost the equivalent of £8 for 2 tickets and it was superb! We would barely be able to buy 1 ticket for the cinema in the UK for that money
Lack of oven in the apartment. 2 rings and a microwave are the only cooking appliances provided which is fine to "heat up" food but no necessarily cook anything.
So big 5-star hotel and so bad experience. The first room they gave me wasn't prepared after the last guest and the bed was complete mess. The second room was so dirty - whole pieces of hair in the bathroom, dirty smell everywhere, lots of ash, used shampoo left and so on...
The privacy of an apartment combined with the experience of staying in a five star hotel, with unbelievably nice and helpful staff and an excellent breakfast.
Not very clean Old appliances Poor service
Big rooms, helpful staff. Had a great time.
Everything was excellent. Would highly recommend it.
looks like a 4 star average hotel
NOISE from the frequent main street... realy very bad windows on the Boscolo Residence building!!! We could not sleep well. NEVER more :)
Employees, very nice and friendly. Apartment 2 bed rooms big enough and clean. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Appartement 2 chambrre, assez grand et propre
Extremely disappointing as it is considered as luxury residence also the price. 2 bed rooms with only one bath room, shower cabin 70/70, unless you are a child you cannot move in it. Second room, one descent bed and the second supposed bed is only 2 mattresses, one over the other. Temperature in the main bed room was like a sauna with no regulator, impossible to regulate, it was suffoking. And lost but not least our apartment was street side with lot of noises day and night especially ambulances, police etc… Prices were at least twice higher than other good apartments closer to the city center. The New York Coffee in the Hotel attached, very beautiful, a museum by it self, worse the visit but don’t be enthousiastic for food or desert, it is miserable, go maximum for a thee or coffee. My comments should be also considered as a complaint.
The staff was badly presented, dirty, bad greasy hair and untidy uniform. We paid and reserved a prestige room, but they did not have it available when we have arrived. We have been given two small apartment instead. The finishes of the rooms seemed to be very rushed job and not thought through.. One of the side lamp switch was broken and electric sparked when touched.. It was cold even after setting the room temperature to maximum.
Location great! Price perfect!apartments but in the hotel wich is awesome
Mold in the bathroom, pillows
Loved everything about the Boscolo Apartments- spacious, clean, well - equipt, comfortable beds etc etc. the bonus was being able to share the Hotel facilities - spa and restaurants, the latter pricey but worth every penny for quality, ambiance and service!
Not a thing! Well done Boscolo team!
lay out of the room, bathroom fixtures, toiletries and creature comfort in general. You must visit the fin de siecle grandeur of the Boscolo hotel and it's restaurant.Leave yourself enough time to allow your eyes to take it all in and do have one of the desert offerings. I don't think I have ever had anything even remotely similar "wonderfulishness" (coined by my children many years ago) as their sample platter.
I am trying hard to come up with the 200 characters, but nothing comes to my mind,I simply have to give the Boscolo Residence a big smile and thank you.
Location fairly central near tram and metro. Large room with large living area and reasonable kitchen facilities. Clean and modern. Comfortable. The New York Café nearby is a must. 2 free computers with internet in reception area. Good value for money.
Our room was noisy as it looked onto a main road and there was traffic all day and, to a lesser extent, at night. Mini bar prices were exorbitant.
Location, very clean, very friendly staff.
Breakfast quite poor.
bathroom there were some spot of mold all arround.
Location was nice. Staff was friendly. Very clean building and rooms.
It is not a complete kitchen. There is no oven and the stove only has two burners so close together you can't even put to pans on there. the firdge is TINY with no room and it is cluttered full of things they want you to buy. So we couldn't cook as much as we wanted. We had to eat out and didn't save money like we were trying.
We had a problem with road noise on our first night. On asking for a room change there was no problem and we were changed immediately. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the apartment was exceptional. We would certainly be back
Our first room was right on the main road and was very noisy.
Size of the room. We received an upgrade to a grand suite. Lovely bathrooms and kitchenette.
Location of room on a main road was noisy. Dark hallways.
