Perfect location, helpful hotel staff, very nice room

It's a bit complicated with parking the car. You will need somewhere to park the car, get the required paper from the hotel and then returned to the car and park in designated garage ... until we get back to the car, we were fined for unpaid parking

City center, location

A comfortable and modernly furnished hotel with free WiFi and flat screen TV in the room; it is ideally located in a recently rejuvinated area a block from the central Déak Tér metro and bus lines. Staff were professional and helpful. Was able to store a bike inside at night. A very pleasant place to stay!

No coffee/tea maker or clothes iron in the room.

Noise from the street, all the night I couldnt sleep, one of my most horrible night I sleep 5 days per week in Hotel 52 weeks per year, I dont recommand this hotel, or ask for a roon not on the street side

It was good. The room was really clean and the staff was friendly in general. The breakfast was specifically great!

The check-out time is a little too early.

Clean, modern room

No tea/coffee facilities Wi-fi internet did not work which was extremely disappointing as this was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Hotel restaurant/bar very quiet, unappealing and unwelcoming. Closed at half 9 each night. Waitress very rude and unfriendly.

german and english speaking staff, everything was new, modern, clean, in the middle of everything - Vaci utca, Basilika, Andrassy utca, Opera and the main metro-station are very close

To get into the parking garage nearby you need a document from the hotel. To pick up the document at the hotel reception you have to leave your car somewhere - but that is impossible in that street. There is no room in front of the hotel to stop there even if it is only for a minute. Besides these facts we only found out when we arrived.

The location, the style of the room, the mattress very comfortable. The friendly and english speaking staff.

We didn't like the quality of the breakfast. the espresso wasn't included in it. the croissant were too hard.

We spent 7 nights at this nice hotel situated in a good location with easy access to the metro and within walking distance to downtown. The breakfast selection was good. The staff was very dependable and open to help in a wide range of situations. We really tested them with some of our unique requests. The rooms were spotless every day. Summary: Hotel Carat is a 4 star hotel with a 5 star value
