In room 204 shower is made for kids only. I hardly used it for myself even I'm 170 cm. only.

Excellent location, almost in the middle of the city. The hotel has its own style, based on the "fashion" theme, a very pleasant mixture of vintage features and modern comfort. Friendly and attentive staff.

No parking facilities, just public parking, rather remote and very expensive.

Location, close to everything and breakfast

Shower, hard to adjust the cold and hot water - sometimes hot and cold.

You could not stand up in the shower, it was a bath with a waiste height shower head, for rinsing.

Staff were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Very enjoyable stay. Close to main attractions.

Most of the staff were very helpful, the room was well equipped, the breakfast was good

The beds were tidied each morning rather than made. One reception clerk was less than helpful particularly in an incident regarding a taxi we had booked. He took it upon himself to criticise us for being late, using my first name in the process, despite the fact we were 25 mkinutes early for the agreed meeting time which he knew because I had asked him if it was a reasonable time that morning at 10am when we checked out

Rooms were fair, walking distance to Vaci street. Breakfast buffet was OK.

Mattresses a little bit hard, but OK. Breakfast buffet was taken away early. Information received at frontdesk incorrect.

Central position. Free WiFi worked throughout the hotel. Quiet room.

TV difficult to control. Staff nice but could be a little more out-going.

Brilliant location, nice rooms and quite quiet for a central location. Room is clean and comfortable, breakfast is adequate. Good for business trips and with last minute discounts it is an even better price! I will definitely check out prices for the Carat Boutique Hotel when I travel to Budapest again and book if price is good again, mainly for location and the Trofea restaurant down the street!

Reception was polite enough but a little cold. I would stay again nonetheless.

They did not accept your rates !! The hotel charged far more ! I'll never accept booking. Com any more !!

Dim lighting, no coffee/tea making facilities, had to go out as cafe was not open until 2.00pm and closed all day Monday.
