The location is superb, right by the three Budapest subway (metro) lines and all relevant bus lines (i.e. the very centre of the city), near the Danube. There is a 24/7 supermarket a few doors away, but liquour must be bought before 11pm. The hotel is modern and very tastefully designed. The jacuzzi, sauna and fitness centre were a great attraction to us. The staff were very helpful and polite. The back rooms are very quiet, with huge opening windows. Our room was fairly large by European standards. Large desk area, free wire Internet in room (codes provided on request). Good buffet breakfast included (7-10am). Minor things: We would have preferred a double bed, but the sliding-together singles stayed together well, and we would have preferred a manually-controlled bathroom ventilator (noisy). Lack of a suitcase stand and armchairs. |

The location was excellent, at the central junction for all 3 metro lines & several trams & buses. Walking distance to main shopping street Vaci Utca, riverbank, patisserie Gerbaud, theatres & restaurants in Andrassy Ut. Friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast perfectly adequate but a little 'odd'. Ist coffee/tea could be offered by staff instead of 'serve yourself. Fresh fruit salad not always available. Sausage casserole not ideal for a hot breakfast? |

Hotel staff was very courteous in the midst of a booking mixup. The manager was highly cooperative. Decor is modern and clean, breakfast was awesome, and the location is great to explore both the Buda and Pest sides of the city. |

Good location in the city, close to all interisting areas. Room was quit noisy, perhaps because of connecting door not being soundproof. could hear the Dutch couple next door talking. |

the receptionists are friendly and helpful. they helped me check train schedule, recommended restaurants nearby, exchange coins, etc. I lost my baggage when I arrived, hotel helped me call airport everyday to check results. The room is big. and there is a 24-hour open small store near by, very convinient for people like me who lost baggage. |

I cant fault this hotel. It is very clean, comfortable,and our room was extremely pleasant. The bathroom was spotless, the shower easy to get the right temperature.All the staff were helpful and pleasant, and all spoke English. The location was ideal, just a few yards from one of the main squares, and a few minutes walk from many of the main tourist attractions. |
