I cant fault this hotel. It is very clean, comfortable, and our room was extremely pleasant. The bathroom was spotless, the shower easy to get the right temperature. All the staff were helpful and pleasant, and all spoke English. The location was ideal, just a few yards from one of the main squares, and a few minutes walk from many of the main tourist attractions. |

Location of this hotel is superb for me. Metro station is just around the corner and many things are walking distance close. This hotel is fine if you plan to stay most of the day out of the room. |

Parking is just on the building beside the hotel and was coordinated in a good way. TV didn't work and after our request for a new room they said no rooms available and no chance to repair the TV. Staff from the hotel was rude and had a bad attitude toward guests. We were not allowed to leave until they double chequed our rooms because they didnt believe we didnt have anything from minibar. Breakfast was very bad. Coffe and orange juice were undrinkable. They offer better stuff but they charge it extra. |

The location. The rooms overall were very good. The staff at the reception was not the kindest at all. Perhaps its culture, but he lacked any desire to work or any emotional expressions!! The hotel is well priced and well equipped so just ignore let the reception staff do what they have to do and you will enjoy your time! |

Hotel is well situated, close to all interesting locations. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Internet connection is working well. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast would be richer in quantity and quality. For a four star hotel one expect more. |

Excellent location for walking to the main sites in Budapest. Reception staff were also very helpful. Breakfasts were adequate (bread, fruit, cold meats but the cereals were limited and the hot buffet not very appetising. I appreciate that these might be acceptable for people living in continental Europe, it didn't suit the tastes of people living in the UK. This is not meant to be derogatory but is intended to be helpful. |

The hotel is in a great location for exploring Budapest. The decor and cleanliness were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant food in the evening was good and the buffet breakfast offered plenty of choice. It was a bit noisy outside at night. |

The hotel is ideally situated for picking up transport for sightseeing. It's a great idea having the rates & breakfast included in the price. Breakfast was a perfect start to the day. I will recommend the CBH to anyone going to Budeapest. |
