The hotel is located very good in Prague. The breakfast was great. It's a modern but charming hotel. |

The hotel is central to city activities, easy to locate. The breakfast service was excellent. Would recommend to friends and would stay again. Although not really the fault of the hotel, the roadworks on the front street were terrible. A sign in the lift stated that the roadworks would not start until 0900hrs. The road works started at 0800hrs and the time on the sign was promptly changed to 0800hrs. The morning after, the roadworks commenced at 0740hrs. Very poor situation. |

Excellent location and helpful, friendly English-speaking staff. Very clean rooms. Tea and coffee was self-service from a tiny machine at breakfast, which wasn't really good enough for a 4* hotel! Hotel's guest laptop had a slow internet connection. |

The quality of what was served at breakfast was good, I particularly like the coffee and fruits. However, the toaster didn't work and the breakfast area was too small. Amy, one of the workers was wonderful and we look forward to her warm smile and attentive service. Good location for shopping and easy to get around the metro and tram. The room was so small that the only way to open my luggage was to put it on the bed! It was also very hot and the fan didn't help. Coming from Asia, we are used to hotel staff being very friendly and more helpful - generally more service-oriented like Amy of the coffee-shop and a tall maintenance man, the rest of the staff had a perfunctory attitude. |

The staff were all very helpfull and attentive. The rooms were very comfortable. The hotel ideally situated for exploring the City been very close to several tram routes. I also liked the touch of a piece of birthday cake for my partner on her birthday, excellent. The only negative I can think of is the breakfast eating area, when the hotel is busy it can be a little crowded. |

nice clean rooms, hotel new opened since s few months, nice atmosphere, very good quality of breakfast served in a bright open space. The staff is very profesional and very friendly. Althougt everything is on a high professional level you fee there is a friendly spirit in this hotel. |

Excellent staff on reception; the furnshings throughout and the location. Lots of building work next to the hotel which might disturb guests plus the fact that the area is undergoing street works/ pavings and what seems to be the extension of the metro |

Good location and the breakfast was very good. The staff on the front desk during the evening seemed much more helpful than the day time staff. Overall the hotel was very attractive. The rooms were very small and the beds were uncomfortable. The day time front desk staff did not seem suited for a hotel that has a lot of international guests. |

The hotel was well placed in the centre of Pest. It was very clean and modern in design. The staff were very helpful and a good buffet breakfast was provided. The only criticism was that the walls were very thin and that the subsequent noise might be a problem for some. |
