Location, convenience, layout of apartments

There were no bedding to sofa...The bed in bedroom was not comfortable

I don't recommend this apartments, because of the staff, precisely. The worst experience I ever have.

Nicely located. Clean. Good price.

Sleepcoach was far to small for two people and the masterbed was also to small for two people = not suitable for 4 persons. When we arrived our apartment was overbooked. The caretaker was not able to speak any word in english. When we arrived we did not have streaming water in the bathroom.

Good central location, close to all the main attractions, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Apartment was spacious and had a good kitchen. Cheap!

Apartment was pretty dirty, had to wash up anything in the kitchen if we wanted to use it. Car park has lots of space but getting to it is a nightmare as the route down is very, very tight. Doorman is not exactly friendly but for the price can’t really complain too much.

everything was perfect.. the facility manager was very helpful. i recommend you to stay

Really nice appartment in the very center of Budapesht.No problem with doorman who spoke English and gave the keys and information from BP Home owner. We have reserved parking place in adwance but there still a lot of free space. Travelling with Thule box (1,98 m) we had no problem with entrance. Perfect location in the center, close to all the sightseengs, metro, local market with fresh food, etc. Very good value for money.

There was no cover sheet, only matress cover (rather old one), so we had to buy one.

Location - perfect - everything in city center is in walking distance Price - perfect - really great price for the location, size of apartment and its equipment Easy to find - if you look in the map before your trip, it is no problem to find the apartment

weak wifi conection

Easy to find, reception were expecting up with keys and forms ready. Handy info leaflets with details of shops etc in the vicinity. Apartments were clean, well positioned and well furnished (Ikea).

Excellent location and facilities. a perfect 10! would recommend this location to anyone especially for the conditions in the room and the great parking

Excellent apartment in a very nice new building really close to the city centre. Everything you need is inside and the apartment is really comfortable.

We like the fact that there was somebody when we arrive at the entrance of the hotel. Also we like that we didn't have to go another place to received the appartment keys. The location was excellent, with full restaurants and a litlle market to buy foods. Payment and invoice was as per agreed with booking.com

The sink in the bathroom, was almost clog. The divan/bed in the living room was not very comfortable.

this place is very nice if you are going to stay in budapest for several nights. if you are going to stay just for one night, I don't suggest you this one. the space is really big, the furniture is really comfortable and you have every kind of facility that you need inside your apartment.

the place does not contain exactly any thing to eat! no water, no tea bag, nothing, you are supposed to buy every thing yourself and take to the room. moreover, the managers may like to put more towels inside the apartment, instead of just one.

The apartment is great, everything we need like washing machine is available as we saw in the booking.com, clean.

No wifi is working as they said, The Apt location is far away from Metro, and so creepy at night, the street were minimum of lights, no people in the street, when the city is mentioned to beware, it was really scary for us to walk alone in the dark street try to find the place.....so we were little bit running try to find the apt as soon as possible, feel unsafe....The doorman was unfriendly, can't speak english, can't call the owner....no baggage locker, our bags were kept in the receptionist without any paper, just trust the doorman which can't speak english

There was nobody from Bphome Apartments, just a doorman who didn´t speak english at all. So we had some problems with communication. Bad pillow and little bit dirthy dishes.

Fairly well located centrally in Pest.

Small cheap things like, not working bed lamp because of short electric wire, no tv channels as stated etc.

It's really good located, especialy to visit the different parts of the city. The apartment was big and very clean.

The receptionnist doesn't speak very well English, but is really ready to make him understand and he tries to explain as good as he can.

Very spacious rooms and very modern look. There was also no problems in arranging meeting to pick up keys, etc. The location was fairly good, a nice walk to main sited, but within a short walk to bars, restaurants and with a corner shop a minute away. The tv, ac and free wifi were very useful too. Overall a great choice.

Staff at the reception didn't quite speak English, but we managed to get all the answers we needed and even got a cab to the train station. Overall, highly recommended for 4-5 people, plenty of space.

The location is perfect, the price also - value for money

The stuff did not speak English or German.

Is a nicely furnished apartment (TV, dish and clothes washer, kitchen/oven, fridge), very close to one metro line (the one connecting with the airport), clean, in a nice building with sauna and fitness room.

Furniture, services - Internet, tv, kitchen and more.

It is very well landscaped parking .....

The personnel was very nice and understanding when asking them to accommodate our luggage after the check-out, until the airplane was leaving (meaning for 6 more hours after the check-out was due) and also they were always ready to answer to any of our questions regarding the apartment facilities or city sightseeing. The location of the apartment is great, 10 minutes walking distance from the Opera House or St. Stephan Basilica and at the intersection with a very busy street, full of pubs and bars for an authentic Budapest night-life (Nagymezo utca). I totally recommend you this apartment.

The building were the apartment is located is very old, not renovated and it looks like after the war. Still, the building is safe.

Nice, fully equipped flat with underground garage, positioned in the citey center between parliament and St Stephens Basilica. Near is market hall with fresh food. Very good price for what it offers.

Stay was really nice & we are very happy because of treatment & hospitality. Overall it was very nice visit.
