Great value for money! Arrived almost at midnight, there was recepcionist who answered the phone call and welcame us in front of the hotel. All the personel communicable in english. The room was clean, bathroom and towels (plenty of them) too. However the room is modest, far from luxurios furniture, the amenities in the bathroom bit old, but everything in good condition. There was the variety of food for breakfast, enough from 7 til 10, no need to rush. The restaurant is very nice, the terrace with the splendid view on the city is excellent. Almost no TV program, 2 or channels under snow, not possible to keep children occupied for half an hour to get unpacked. No shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, only small soaps. The hotel is bit far from the city center, don't think would go there without the car. However with the car, GPS is the necessity because the street is a bit strange, consists of several sections without any logic to connect them. |

It is on very quite location. Parking is also very good. Breakfast was really perfect. Hotel is above the city so there is beautiful view. Little bit difficult to find without gps. Nothing else. |

if you don't want to go with the car through budapest during rush-hours, it's a perfect location if you are on the west side of budapest. The panorama is beautiful. |

Only the breakfast We received rooms in another building than the hotel, maybe annexe of the hotel.The accomodation was far away from the level expected, rooms very old, the furniture was damaged, walls and carpets very spotted, in bathrooms there were cavities and cables in the faiance, above the mirror these cables were masked by artificial flowers.No minibar in the room,TV with poor quality of the immage. |

Nothing in particular, but staying at Budai was a pleasant experience. 1. The booking was done wrong - I requested two rooms and when I checked the reservations on the phone only one room was reserved. 2. The hotel is difficult to find, even with a GPS - the street it it located on has several discontinued segments. |

OK breakfast..Excellet view over the city Far from city centre...on the 24th of december we waited for almost 2 h for the bus no 8, the only one which could take us back..We ended up taking the taxi; This is not the hotel's fault, but is an aspect which could be taken into consideration by the ones which plan to choose the hotel for the winter holidays.. |

Excellent low budget hotel. In contrast to what is said on this page, breakfast was ok! Hotel is a little bit far away from the city center and, although there is a bus line, it takes a long walk to get there. |
