Very friendly welcome. Flexible service. Quiet place in a villa area, clean air, just 12 minutes from Budapest center.

The location was excellent; in Budapest, but at the same time very quiet. The staff was very helpful too.

The breakfast could have been better organized - food running out fast and not being replaced. Spiderwebs in our room.

May be, it is a bit older the furniture, the bathroom, but in generally was good. In the roon very poor signal for internet

Terrace with beautiful view to Budapest.

Far away from the centre. The description of the the room was completely different. Instead of having double room with balcony or terrace we have got an attic room with two single beds and double sofa bed. The room can be only reached by climbing a "ladder", no chances to come up with big luggage. The receptionist wasn't very helpful with complains. We were told that such a rooms shown on booking.com doesn't exist. Tv wasn't working as well. Despite the name Budai Hotel & Restaurant the restaurant is not there at all.

The restaurant was not open. The furniture was quite old, but it was clean. There was no air conditionning in the room.

Good accomodation in the quiet forest part of Buda. Sunny terrace next to our room with a good outlook. Free parking in front of the hotel. Bus + tram stop 10 min.

The staff is very cooperative and helpful.

There were many insects in the bedroom. There weren't curtains neither in the bathtube nor in the toilet itself. The big glass window exposes completely the interior of the bathroom.

Silent area, good wiew.

The room was not the same as on the picture, was much smaller and worse.There are also rooms under the root without normal window, be careful. Breakfast was pure and some food finished before end. And finally you wanna pay the hotel, if you want use card, then you have to pay more than they have put the price in your booking.Attention! restaurant is not open! Everything was almoust like cheating.

Very quiet place, with an excelent quality/price ratio. The staff speaks English very well and were very kind to offer all requested information. We've made a reservation for a triple room, but we was accomodate into an small apartment with 2 separate rooms (better than our expectations). The breakfast was rich enough for this level and price and the restaurant terrase is very nice and confortable for hot days.

The lift was out of order, but it was not a real problem for 2 or maximum 3 floors. We traveled with our own car, and for this reason I'm not able to make some remarks about the accesibility of public transportation around the site, but it seems to be a little far.

The hotel is good value for money for overnight sleeping. Restauran in 2 km - Zhardin is simply perfect
