The staff was extremely helpful. They took much time at checking on our air reservations when we had not been able to get thru to our airline. The location is excellent for people who like to get out and walk and see local attractions. The breakfast was excellent and brought to our rooms at the time we desired. We enjoyed our entire stay and would stay there again. When we arrived, the process of getting in (on a Saturday) and the first appearance of the entrance was a little surprise. Once we learned our way in, we had NO problems about the process for getting in and the entrance. |

Clean room, friendly staff, air conditioned and comfortable beds. Did not have a room safe, on noisy side of street, confusing to enter hotel for first time. Area of entry from street looked rundown. |

The staff was very helpful, the room was newly equipped and clean with enoufh room for 2 people. Location is quite close to tourist city centre There is no main entrance, no sign and no lobby. Finding this hotel for the first time is quite difficult. You have to go into an alley and ring a bell for the reception to open. Only half of the rooms have a view to the street, the others have a window to the hallway and less light. Those with a window to the street have some constant noise coming in (no double glazing). Breakfast is served in the room (duo to lack of lobby) but is pretty basic. You should be able to find another hotel in this price with better facilities. |

The location. Was more like a hostel than a hotel, there was no mini bar/fridge and the hotel has no signage so finding it was extremely difficult. The floor in the room was dirty and the toilet seat was broken. We had a blackout/power shortage one evening and the staff couldn't provide candles or a torch and they failed to keep us informed of what was happening - the power came back on after 2 hours. Overall my experience witht his hotel was below average. |

The convenience of being so close to the areas we were interested in seeing (Vaci St, Market, Danube, Liberty Bridge, St Istvan Basilica) as well as having easy access to public transport (Astoria m2, Deak Ter m3, Trams). 1. For us visitors, you should add one or more English tv stations. Cnn International is good, but having a sports station (espn or espn News) and another news station (ie. Msnbc or Fox News) would be helpful. |

The location in the middle of the city was excellent - so was the weekday staff! Occasionally difficult to get in the building - also difficult to find the first time. |

Very comfortable room, not far from the goings on of Budapest. Easy access to the metro. Staff was excellent. Definitely heed the other warnings here that it's not easy to find! Be prepared to call the Hotel and ask how to get in, or better yet, call them ahead of time and get directions. It's not hard to find the building if you know what you're looking for. |

Very central hotel on second first floor of a commercial and residential block, within easy reach of all major attractions and sights and close to metro, Vaci Utca and the Central Market. Good selection of restaurants and bars nearby. Room was bright and airy, warm in Winter, and well soundproofed from noise of busy road which it overlooked. |

Very helpful staff at reception who find out information on the internet for you and print out opening times, prices, etc. Very convenient central location, safe, clean, comfortable and warm in winter. The complicated access (courtyard, lift/stairs, then corridor) and somewhat shabby staircase to the entrance makes you initially sceptical, but the welcoming staff and clean, comfortable rooms and nice shower/toilet make this hotel good value for money. No dining room - breakfast is served in your room. No lounge or communal seating areas, so socialising in the coffee-houses nearby instead. |

friendly staff are extremely helpful. the room and bathroom were very clean. the breakfast was adequate. location is excellent it is a very basic hotel, almost like an upmarket hostel. it is quite difficult to access and we thought we were in the wrong building when we arrived... |

Een klein hotel met maar 11 kamers. Het was allemaal prima in orde, de kamer was netjes, ontbijt was goed en het presoneel was erg vriendelijk. Ook was het fijn dat je doorlopend gratis thee kon pakken Wij misten een kluisje in de kamer |

Das Nette freundliche Personal Das Hotel?? ist nur mit einheimischer Hilfe zu finden,der einurinierte mit Farbe beschmutzter Eingang zum Innenhof einfach nur Pfui.Frühstück nur auf dem dunklen Zimmer einzunehmen,wir hatten uns auf ein gemeinsames Früstück mit unseren Freunden gefreut!! Wir sind dann außerhalb Frühstücken gegangen.Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht.Die Zimmer sind um 30% zu teuer . |
