Excellent service, breakfast delivered each morning. Nice big bath (and jacuzzi) warm room, comfortable beds. Great value for money. The bathroom could have been cleaned in the morning. |

The rooms were very large and clean. The staff was very positive. It was difficult for us to find the hotel despite the central place. There was no any sign on the street that there is a hotel. |

The orange juice was good, the shower was good, the room was comfortable and the staff were excellent and very helpful. The coffee at breakfast was too strong with not enough milk, the room was at times unbearable hot and as a result we did not sleep very well, the road works outside were quite loud as well. |

The helpfulness of the staff and also 24 hr access and service .It was also very central for the river and trams The smell of drains in the bathroom but I suppose this is because the building is quite old |

I liked the central location of the apartment, very close to the popular Vaci utca. The apartment was spacious and pretty well equipped. Free wi-fi. The cold breakfast could be improved. |

I was really surprised how friendly and approachable each hotel staff could be - all hotel staffs I met during my stay speak English fluently, and they were all so friendly. My room was super huge for one person, and breakfast was served in my own room (as they don't have a dining room yet) - you can specify what time you want your breakfast served as well as what you want for breakfast. Metro station is only 1 min away, museum is 30 seconds away, and you can even walk to Palace in about 15-20 min. It was a bit hard to find the hotel - if you only have a printout of google map, you might not be able to find the hotel. It's highly recommended to write down the hotel address (including street number) + their phone #. |

The service and friendliness of the staff was outstanding ... perhaps one of the best levels of service I have ever received at a hotel. |

The hotel was central-very close to the metro for the airport, shops & restaurants. The air conditioning was welcome & complimentary tea & coffee was available. Thicker & full length curtains would have helped us get more sleep. It was very bright at 4 A.M! |

A nice small simple and clean hotel, excellent location for visiting Budapest, very nice and helpful young staff. Breakfast is ok but can be improved (ie. Fresh pastries, fresh bread ?). |

The staff were warm, endlessly patient with questions we asked, and strove to accommodate our special requests. The entrance hall, not your responsibility I'm sure, does not reflect the high quality of your hotel,. Our taxi driver did not want to leave us there. |

We stayed at the Budapest Museum Central Appartments in April 2009. It is good value for money you pay. I can recommend this hotel for couples who want to have a 3 star stay at the central Budapest location 1. Breakfast could be improved by adding more choices and make it vary from day to day 2. Please add some signs to make it easier to find a reception the very first time the quests are entering a hotel |

Very friendly, polite and helpfull staff. Clean, large and cosy rooms. Very good beds. Central location. Good value for price. Inconveniences were solved in a friendly, understanding way. It's was a pitty that breakfast was served in the room; that we were accomodated on another location at 7 min. walk from the main hotel where all our friends stayed and due to a leakage of the jaccuzi, the bathroom was partly submerged. At the doorbell there is no indication whatsoever. |

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is easy to get to from the airport via taxi and it is close to bars and restaurants, some of the main sights of Budapest and public transport. It is good value for money. We walked past the hotel because the sign was very small. It is directly opposite the museum however, and has a big brown door. Once you know this it should be easier to find. |

Heated flooring, great position, 20 mins from anything, jacuzzi bath for those tired tourist feet They failed to deliver breakfast although the booked taxi turned up early which was great, no fretting about missed return flights |

The hotel is right next the Metro so it was easy and very cheap to take the 200E bus & then the metro from the airport. The rooms are very nice, with underfloor heating and air conditioning and very modern and smart fitments. Breakfast was brought to the room. It is well placed to walk round the city centre. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. It is hard to find the entrance in the dark; very unpromising! You have to find the right door, call the right number on the door intercom, and then go up to the 2nd floor in a tiny lift (or up the very grand staircase) in the central well of the building. A sign saying 'hotel' would help. Don't take noisy children (or adults) as the bedroom walls are thin. |

The free bottle of wine and the huge bedroom. There was no signpost outside the hotel so we spent over an hour walking around the city with our luggage looking for it! We asked loads of people and called into a few shops and hotels asking if they knew where it was, and they didn't or else pointed us in the wrong direction! |

We liked very much the location of the hotel. It was really central, though in a very quiet area. Main touristic objectives (Buda Castle, Palace of the Parliament) are just few steps from the hotel. The room was clean, large and cozy. |
