The Airport Hotel Budapest is just 2 minutes away by a free minibus from the airport (runs both directions) and offers fine cuisine in its 24-hour restaurant, free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Location, staff, clean, good price
small breakfast, scary elevator
Just the location.
First, the entrance of the hotel. We were prepered because we read the reviews on booking.com, but the entrance looks like a horror movie. When we got to the third floor we thougth it was ok, the place looks pretty, and thinking about the score of this hotel we were expecting a good experience. It became terrible when we got the room. The bed line was disgusting, a mess, with holes and stains. We asked the reception guy to change. He did, but the bed line that he came with was as bad as the other ones. Then, the wifi oscilated in a awfull way and did not even work appropriately. The staff was amature. Resuming: it's not worth the money you save. Get a better place for a little bit more.
It was extremely cheap, and really in the center, close to everything. Staff is helpful and polite. Room is pretty.
Its not looking like hotel, is just one floor of a building, and hard to find where is it. Wifi is extremely weak. They have a stupid system with cards, so prepare to have cash.
I liked the location and price-real value for money-clean rooms-also the helpful and friendly staff were great for local knowledge.
Wifi connection was very poor and there would be long outages were we couldn't connect for most of the day.
Close to the metro. Friendly people.
Awful old building. Scared entrance. No wifi at the end of our stay. No TV chanels Check out very early. They didnt let us late check out. No shiampou. No heating. A/c only.
- Inner city location - Close to Metro - Walking distance to most attractions (10-15mins) - Breakfast - Large rooms - Friendly and helpful staff
Really a nice place to stay, very clean and friendly staff.
This was walking distance from a tube station close to shops and restaurants I would stay again
Τhe room was cozy and clean. The staff was very helpful and the hospitality was excellent . The breakfast was delicious and you could choose between 5 different plates. Also the staff of the cafe were we take our breakfast was friendly and kind.
There was a disadvantage the elevator and the entrance of the building need repair... It was a shock at first as we thought that the hotel could be too old and not clean...
Great helpful staff, will admit you in the room before the check-in time (if you get there before 14:00) if they have the room ready.
The central location and the staff friendliness
The noise from the street; it felt like there was an ambulance every couple of minutes. Also i did not realize they did not have a kitchen.
Excellent hotel in the city center. Near the metro station Astoria. Spacious clean rooms, high ceilings.
We went to Budapest right before xmas and saw great xmas markets which added to the atmosphere! Rip: buy a chimney cake when you're in for some sweet snacks! Then we relaxed for a bit at St Gellért thermal baths, walked to the citadel on the buda side... gotta love Budapest!
This is the third successive year I have visited Budapest to enjoy the Christmas market and make use of the wonderful spas. On all three visits I have stayed at The Panorama Central and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. The hotel is wonderful, really authentic with a great sense of social history and well placed for easy access to all the local attractions. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again next year.
Really friendly staff welcomed us at the hotel. The house looks a bit old, but the hotel itself is clean and nicely decorated. The rooms were very smart with chairs, desks and even a jacuzzi in the bathroom. Other positives are that it is easy to reach from the airport, 5 minutes to two different metro stations and the tram is in front of the house. Breakfast was only 3€ and in a coffee shop almost next door (you received a voucher)
The wifi was extremely slow during our visit. Making it almost unusable. The hotel wasn't able to pay the room using the card details from Booking.com and we were asked to pay the room afterwards using their online payment system, which was a bit unusual.
Room was ok , and the bathroom
MISSLEADING OF ADVERT WITH PICTURES !!! Upload pictures with the interior of the building , the state it looks like , and NOT with the parlament !!! If someone would say : Please make sure you are preraired for an interior of the building which might dissapoint you !!! ... I wouldn' t get even close to that place !!! Worst experience ever so far . Dissapointed of Booking.com as well !!! . You've just lust a customer's credit ...
The staff was very friendly. The cleaning and our floor/room. The price and the location.
The building entrance... I almost turned back without enter. It is an old building. And does not look like an hotel, but rather a pension.
_The interior of the room was clean and bright- not over the top. _Large spa bath was an added bonus _Cable tv if you had seen enough of the city (hard to imagine) _centrally located
_Walking into the building was a bit daunting to be honest- slightly ghetto. But once you see the accommodation you relax. _Wifi in the room was pretty average _a bit of a smell in the room
Location very close to main sights and public transportation. Bathrooms very newly renovated and large showers (for a small European hotel). Wifi worked great.
Entry way is a bit sketchy, but once you are inside it is fine. My room was near lobby/elevator, so a bit loud in the mornings. However, if you plan to get up and go, is perfect (and I was never woken up at night).
modern, comfortable and clean rooms located at main street, in short walking distance to Deak Ferenc Ter (central square); metro line M2 just 50m away (Astoria) with direct connections to Budapest-Keleti and -Deli railway stations; bars and restaurants nearby; good breakfast outside but in a very cosy bar/restaurant nearby (entrance less than 50m away)
normal shower (additionally or instead of whirlpool) would be useful; staircase and elevator could really be maintained a bit by the building's owner (but the rooms are the absolutely opposite!)
Location is right in centre of town, reception staff very helpful, breakfast at cafe 2 doors up was sufficient and well priced.
The mattress!!! Terrible!!! The initial appearance of the hotel and the fact that it's the third floor of a building only.
I liked everything
Excelent location, near the metro. Excelent room and bathroom.
It´s locate in an old shared building. It wasn't a problem, just a little weird. Wifi was usable but a bit slow.
Great location, really clean and nice shower!
The entrance of hotel was a bit grim but don't let it put you off. Lots of stairs to climb.
