The receptionists at the hotel were amazing! They helped with making phone calls to local restaurants, gave excellent recommendations, and helped in whatever way they could. I was so impressed with their customer service. The breakfast was no simple continental breakfast. So many options for fresh fruit, pastries, and more hearty options. They had AC and relatively quiet rooms. Highly recommend!

With a dome reminiscent of Brunelleschi’s "The Duomo" in Florence, the Hungarian parliament building is undoubtedly the icon of Budapest. It sits majestically by the Danube, the river that both divides and unifies the 2 parts of this capital city: Buda and Pest.
Overseeing Budapest from its vantage point on Castle Hill is Buda Castle. Spectacularly lit at night, it has the best views across this attractive city steeped in World Heritage. Some unique points of interest are Heroes Square and the Museum of Terror, reminders of the city’s more turbulent past.
Much like in Vienna further up the Danube, coffee and cake is practically an institution in Budapest. And there’s nowhere better to try them than Gerbeaud - the elaborate décor alone makes this café well worth a visit.
To really feel like a local, make a trip to the thermal baths. The relaxed Gellért Baths are a triumph of Art Nouveau grandeur and, based on their sheer size, you can't miss the outdoor Széchenyi Baths. If unusual nightlife is your thing, the club nights at these baths are great fun.
With an impressive range of Budapest hotels, apartments and hostels available in this city of 2 halves, Booking.com makes it an easy choice.

Budapest is another one of the charming, old time cities that we have visited in Europe that just makes us so glad that we have traveled and explored there. Like Prague, another favorite of ours, Seniors are allowed to utilize the wonderful transportation system (trains, trams and buses) to get around to see the entire city. We took advantage of this and as of this writing are planning on returning to Budapest for a much longer experience.

Budapest is an amazing city.
Budapest is an amazing city. We walked for miles admiring architecture, exploring cafes and restaurants. Food was great. The streets and clean and safe and our experience was wonderful. We samples lots of local dishes, the food is hardy in nature, goulash was so good. Found some great coffee and deserts too. Took the boat ride on the Danube to see the city from the water.

Budapest is an excellent city.
Budapest is an excellent city. The historical texture and architecture were very good. There are so many places to visit in the city that our feet were blistered and every part of us ached from wandering around trying to see every place. We even had to take painkillers but it was worth it. We learned a lot of new information about Hungarian history and culture. Only the city was a little expensive.

Absolutely stunning city, most areas very clean.
Absolutely stunning city, most areas very clean. The castle hill and parliament areas both well with a visit. There’s a lovely bakery cafe just of the parliament building main square, large choice of delicious looking cakes and pastries and seemed good value for money. Lots of the main sights are fairly close together so if you plan well can manage to get a lot done in a few days. Still some areas we didn’t get to see. Some of the attractions are quite expensive if you want to see inside such as Mathias church and parliament buildings. However, the buildings outside are stunning and you can spend a lot of time in both these areas without having to go inside. If you get a chance to go to one of the classical concerts in Mathis church it’s worth it for the experience but buy the tickets at the booth in front of the church on the day as much cheaper than buying online. Budapest is fairly easy to get around, in the main we walked from place to place. We also used the hop on bus and occasionally the tram and metro as we had pre purchased a transport pass. The castle funicular was a quick way of accessing Castle Hill but you can also get there by bus or even a secret lift that takes you in to the National library.

Budapest is an enchanting city, boasting an array of amazing food that reflects its rich culinary heritage. The people here are wonderfully warm and welcoming, enhancing the overall experience of exploring this beautiful city. From its stunning architecture to the vibrant street life, Budapest offers a delightful blend of tradition and modernity that's hard to resist.
What positive surprise! I expected a cheap worn-out hotel, yet this is very new and clean, with an excellent price/performace ratio. The whole facility is either new or freshly refurbished. The room felt nice and the bathroom was quite fancy and stylish for this price range. A very good base for exploring budapest, the subway is just across the street. I was grateful for big free parking just in front of the hotel, so I didnt have to worry about someone stealing expensive mantoys from my car.
This hotel is perfect!
It is located right on the river side of the Danubio, close to bus stops that will take you to the city centre in 20 mins.
The continental breakfast offers plenty of choices and the food is really fresh.
The staff is always kind and ready to help.
The spa is included in the room price, there are 3 pools and a sauna. The thermal pool at 38° is the best place to relax after a long day in the city.
We will come back for sure!
My stay at Budapest Panorama Central was excellent. The room was very clean, spacious, beds were very comfortable, and it far exceeded my expectations considering the affordable price of the hotel. Staff were also incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel was located in the city center, near public transportation stops, tourist attractions, and many cafes/restaurants. The area surrounding the hotel felt safe. I would definitely stay here again.
Staff of the hotel are very friendly and supportive .
ot is located in the center of the city which is very convenient when you are planning to explore by walk.
the only concern is not related to the hotel but , to the parking . budapest parking is terrible system with cash only . every second the police came to check and photo the cars which didn’t pay for the next min.
best option to go to Budapest, value for money and in the middle of the city centre of Budapest, very convenient if you are coming from the airport, the apartment was big, very clean and modern.
the reception stuff were very nice and very polite with languages knowledge, definitely the best option for staying in the centre.
I would totally recommend to everyone (:
Great location in a lively street in the center of Budapest, few steps from the great market and few meters from the metro station and the river. MEININGER became one of my favorite chains in Europe. Staff were nice. We had early check in for extra 15 euros which worked great for us. Hotel was huge and the room was very clean and comfortable. Good Wifi.
I really enjoyed breakfast with many options and great service. The spa was also very good, 4 pools with different temperature, therefore everyone finds the best way how to relax. Eventhough the hotel is not directly in the city centre, metro/train is in 3 minutes walking distance.
Perfect apartment for few days accommodation!
Barbara's very helpful and she can find you best route for some attractions in Budapest! Check-in instructions was very good.
Good location for trips to the city centre. Bus stop is located 10 meters from apartment
Perfect location in the city centre, you can walk everywhere. When you don't like to walk, you can use metro(3min walk from the hotel),bus stops(next street),rental bikes nearby (mol bubi). If we return to Budapest,we will definitely come back to this hotel!
The positive is that the hotel is located on pedestrian street Vaci Utca right in the center of Budapest. The reception area is modern and rooms seemed to be recently updated. The breakfast buffet was great, it had a large variety of food to choose from.
super location, tram, bus to airport & city Centre, and to almost all the places of Budapest, was just down the building. Hotel was perfect with spacious rooms, good green view, comfortable beds and nice coffee selection. great restaurant down the Hotel
The hotel was so amazing, clean and the location was perfect, in the city centre. I will choose this hotel every time. The girls of the staff was amazing so nice and educated. I loved everything about my stay in The Loft Budapest. Hope to return soon
Very nice apart hotel in the center of Budapest. We stayed in a 2 bedroom ap with our two daughters. It was perfect for our family. Everything was a walk close to the hotel. The room had everything we needed, was very warm and not too noisy.
Best breakfast I've had in a city centre hotel, with stunning views over Budapest from the breakfast dining area. Room was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Location ideal for exploring Buda and Pest.
I had a good time here in Budapest, and I liked the hotel a much. My bed was so comfortable, everybody was kind, everrything was clean, and it located in the city centre. The price is convenient as well.
