Завтрак хороший, но комната по размеру похожа на конуру Повесить нормальные кондиционеры которые работают безшумно и поставить жалюзи изолирующие шум поездов |

Staffs are really nice, and inside the hotel the designs in each room are unique. I stayed "Indian-Thai" room, and it was awesome. |

The staff were exceptionally friendly and the wellness area was very well maintained. All the staff spoke really good English. Minibar reasonably priced and free coffee machine in atrium area. Central location in town. Rooms clean. The rooms were imaginatively but shabbily furnished. Not 4* quality but together with the wellness area we consider we got good value for money. However we didnt like Siofok much - in September most of the bars and restaurants are shut and the town does not have much charm. We ended up travelling at least an hour each day to visit nicer areas around the lake. |

The hotel was in an ideal location, close to l amenitis but far enough away to be quiet, although the train line ran behind this hotel you didn't notice the noise. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Spa area again very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. |

Very nice and clean rooms and facilities, airconditioning, kind stuff, rich and tasty breakfast, lots of free services - pools, tea / coffe, fruit juice, snacks. Very pleasing. Location - the Balaton lake some 500 meters away, therefore there is no privat beach (as hotels located near the lake all have one and public beaches are paid), according to what I have seen Siófok is one of the not-so-beautiful towns around the lake compared to spectaculous Tihany or Balatonfured. |

The hotel offers quite an interesting diversity from others due to the different themes of the rooms. The suite we were staying in was awesome. The only flaw in the hotel is that there is no lift service. But i would definately recommend it. |

Good friendly staff and good place to relax. Reaaly need to had some form of cooling in the rooms during hot weather. For this reason only I would not recommend this hotel. |

Mooie kamers, allen verschillend, goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, mooie wellness faciliteiten! Ligging naast het spoor, bepaalde kamers moet het raam dus dicht blijven. Matrassen kunnen beter! |

les photos ne montrent qu'une partie pas trop ridicule des chambres, hotel surclassé, salle d'eau méritant 1 étoile, literie épouvantable, déçus, décoration faite sans moyen de bric et de broc. Surpris que Best wertern se soit associé à cette pitrerie sans goût |

Sehr familiäres Ambiente, nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, Sehr großer Erholungsfaktor, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub Das Pool war sehr kalt, Sonnenterrasse etwas zu klein (nur zwei Liegen), Frühstückszeiten nur von 8 bis 10 |

personale molto gentile e chiaro, colazione di buona qualità e quantità della scelta, servizi di terme ottimi (piscina, idromassaggio, sauna, massaggi...), stanze a tema una diversa dall'altra, doccia con funzioni relax la personalizzazione delle singole stanze (non grandissime) con oggetti strani ( finta gabbia per uccelli, letto a baldacchino...) non aiuta la pulizia generale, appunto sufficiente ma non perfetta |

la idea de la decoracion, de que todas las habitaciones sean diferentes (pero el-la decorador/a se nota que consiguio su diploma en un mercadillo) . La piscina es muy bonita. las cucarachas que se paseaban por todas partes, las cortinas de plastico, el ultra antiguo aire acondicionado quie hacía un ruido inhumano.sinceramente dudo que el hotel merezca 4 estrellas de categoría |

Nette Rezeptionsmitarbeiter, Kaffee-Service Tolle Duscheinrichtung (mit Massagedüsen), aber nur ein textiler Duschvorhang. Feste Duschwände wären vorteilhafter. |

Detta var andra gángen vi bodde här och vi blev nőjda ännu en gáng. Trevlig personal, bra läge och lätt att komma till, ett säkert val av hotell. Plus főr fri tillgáng till PC och kaffe (gratis), bra! Nej. |
