４つ星で検索し価格に感動し利用したが、とても４つ星ではな。玄関、フロアは汚くスタッフの接客はひどかった。笑顔も無く、親切さもまったく感じなった。 部屋は清潔で立地条件は最高だったが、フロア入り口外にはごみが落ちており、何よりスタッフの対応は最悪だった。どんなに価格が安くても２度とこのホテルは利用しない。 |

くさり橋のすぐそばで、観光に好立地。 駐車場が狭いので、車で行く人は予約をしていった方がいいです。予約せずに行ったら、１泊目は路上駐車でした。 |

思ったより静かな部屋で、小鳥の声が聞こえ、くつろげました。2部屋のうち一方にはバスタブもありました。近所にいいレストランがたくさんあり、観光にも便利なよい立地でした。 「３日間のブダペストカードつき」の部屋を予約したつもりだったのですが、もらえたのは地下鉄などの３日間チケットでした。そのチケットを利用したのはチェックアウト後で、そこで始めてブダペストカードでないことを知りました。英語力に自信もなく、ホテルか当方のどちらが勘違いだったのか、確かめることができませんでした。教訓として、勝手のわからない土地では、単純な予約をしたほうがよいと学びました。 |

Excellent location, close to transport and Chain Bridge to walk over to the Pest side. Great breakfast buffet spread, Hotel staff very friendly. |

The location of the Hotel is fine, but there isn´t anything special to comment. Maybe the best is free wifi for Internet It is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, but it is not. Furniture is old, bathroom is old, etc. |
