４つ星で検索し価格に感動し利用したが、とても４つ星ではな。玄関、フロアは汚くスタッフの接客はひどかった。笑顔も無く、親切さもまったく感じなった。 部屋は清潔で立地条件は最高だったが、フロア入り口外にはごみが落ちており、何よりスタッフの対応は最悪だった。どんなに価格が安くても２度とこのホテルは利用しない。 |

思ったより静かな部屋で、小鳥の声が聞こえ、くつろげました。2部屋のうち一方にはバスタブもありました。近所にいいレストランがたくさんあり、観光にも便利なよい立地でした。 「３日間のブダペストカードつき」の部屋を予約したつもりだったのですが、もらえたのは地下鉄などの３日間チケットでした。そのチケットを利用したのはチェックアウト後で、そこで始めてブダペストカードでないことを知りました。英語力に自信もなく、ホテルか当方のどちらが勘違いだったのか、確かめることができませんでした。教訓として、勝手のわからない土地では、単純な予約をしたほうがよいと学びました。 |

Good location near the Chain Bridge on the Buda side, near the Castle. Abundant breakfast. Helpful staff. The room was too hot, and there was no way to cool it without leaving the window open. |
