Dobre śniadania i obsługa śniadań. Główny atut hotelu to jego lokalizacja. Miła obsługa. Zbyt małe pokoje, jedno krzesło, brak stolika - jak na cztery gwiazdki to zbyt mało. Propozycja wcześniejszej rezerwacji taksówki na przejazd z i na lotnisko - Była droższa o 8 Euro za przejazd niż taxi lotniskowe a miała być najtańsza! |

Lokalizacja, stosunek ceny do jakości Łącze internetowe bez zabezpieczenia, słabe - jak na 4X śniadania, ale dobra kawa z ekspresu za darmo :) |

The location was terrific - within walking distance of most of the major sites, or at least in a position where bus or tram was able to be easily caught. Staff were very helpful and even gave us access to our room well before normal check-in time. |

The central location of it, cleanliness of the room, the fact that I received a smokers room (as I requested) and the price. The room was very small. |

Excellent location with easy access to attractions up the hill and across the river. The room was comfortable and a good size for two people. Enjoyed our stay there. |

The location was great for getting around Budapest. The room was comfortable and breakfast very good, with plenty to eat and everything replenished very quickly even when busy. We had problems when we arrived as they said they had not been able to process the card we used when booking. We had not been informed about this and there were some very worrying moments before my credit card was eventually accepted. Also we were woken up at around 1 p.m. on most nights by very noisy people returning to their rooms and continuing to be noisy for another 20+ minutes. |

It was reasonably centrally located, and had all the mod cons. Good spread at breakfast and free wifi, which is a small but important thing to some. The airconditioning in the room was poor, and I got excessively hot - the passage was cooler than the room. All a chat with the management staff did was see them open my room windows while I was out and being told that the coming evening was supposed to be cooler. I heard others complain about the exact same thing at breakfast the next morning. This needs to be addressed. |

The location was very privileged, just meters from the Clark Adam tram stop, also meters from the Széchenyi Chain Bridge and from the Buda Castle... better location is hard to get for the price!! The hotel reception is at a second floor and you have to climb ladders, there is no elevator for it so it's cumbersome if you have a lot of bags with you. |

The location of the hotel is excelent. It is the best choice if you want to visit the town. All the attractions are nearby. yes. The room is too small and it is not divided in the way that you feel comfortable. a 4 stars hotel should allow you to stay at the windows with no obstacles. Unfortunately there is a long table in the front of the windows. |

it is in a good location and good administration. they are very efficient, specially in the communication by emails and to support your requests if they have the chance. the breakfast is not at the level of a 4 stars hotel... but maybe my short experience in other Budapest 4 stars hotel... not allow me to be more critical. |

Very good location in the central part of Buda and very close to chainsbridge so close to central part of Pesta.Ideal location for visiting Budapest. No viewing to Danube river ,but very quiet location.Everything was very good, I strongly recommand this hotel |

The breakfast The service was not upto the mark. Pre-Checkin conversation with Hotel over phone was very rude and not helpful. Hotel doesnt have an active kitchen beyond breakfast time (07:00-10:00 hrs) |

The Carlton Hotel is very welcoming and ideally suited for visiting Buda and Pest. The breakfast buffet was extensive and full of variety. We are happy to recommend this hotel. |

Place For 2 days staff did not change towels, in two rooms, all thrown on the floor (502 & 505) for that sake. We didnt get soaps and shampoo second day, sayinh that we should wash hair with soaps from the containters on teh wall! Although included in reservation option on booking.com we didnt get Budapest travel card for double room! When we asked we got only 3-day public transport tickets - all that only when we asked! |
