Delighted to have discovered such a centrally located hotel with the most helpful and genuinely pleasant staff. Very professional, clean, modern, and economical. Highly recommended. |

polite friendly helpful staff. good service excellent food No milk in the room for the tea no coffee provided.The room was superior which was suposed to have extra space but this proved to be an open air balcony no good in winter when we visited. |

Very good parking facilities (in front or at floor -1). Very good breakfast. Reception staff was very usefull. Very good internet acces. The big minus of this hotel is it's air conditionat sistem that stinks awful (at least in our room). Some filters in the ac sistem should be change. |

Excellent little Hotel, just beyond Castle walls, and so close to tourist sites. Rooms clean, spacious and recently fitted with high quality furnishings. Wired internet in rooms reasonably fast. Good restuarant open most evenings (unless closed for a special event); prices of food similar to other restuarants in vicinity. Book the shuttle bus from airport, as bit off the main access by public transport. Slightly out of town, and only on 1 bus route, so need to know the system and buy your tickets before you get there, or walk to Moskova terrace. |

Excellent rooms, modern, clean, stylish and well-maintained. Hotel staff were most obliging and helpful. Breakfast was a well-presented and tasty meal, with several different options. The bus service immediately adjacent every six minutes added to the convenience of this hotel, not only for the Castle district, but through to Deak Ter in one direction and Moskva Ter in the other. My wife and I would definitely stay here again, and next time would take advantage of the dinner menu, which seemed of high quality Very minor - but the automatic lights in the corridors could stay on a few seconds longer to allow one to use the room key! |

Reasonably silent room (no traffic noise). Excellent food on your restaurant, we loved it and recommended it on the internet. Clean, simple but nice room. Balcony can be nice on the summer time. No space for larger suitcase. We got mild tobacco smoke into our room every day most likely from the air conditioner or such device (balcony door was always closed), please check that people do not smoke near the fresh air intake of your building. Only two of the TV channels were in English. Would not recommend this for business users that need to work at their hotel room, table is too small to do work there. For leisure for room was nice. |

great hotel in a very convenient location. very close to the city center and to the bars and restaurants of Buda. the room was excellent, the reception was really helpful and friendly. the breakfast was not really impressive |

Nice location, near the castle and by the nature. Not very far from metro and tram. Comfort and clean room. The variety of the breakfast and the quality, that was not as good as should have a 4 star hotel. At the time of the breakfast only 1 person was serving for a room full of people and always something was missing. People were standing with their plate waiting because there was nothing left to eat. |

The location was excellent and we were pleased with the friendly staff and the quality of the meals. We were accused of cheating when paying for a meal by cash. The matter was sorted out by the owners but it was extremely unpleasant at the time and it ruined an otherwise great evening. |

The staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and well appointed. The internet access was extremely useful. We have no hesitation recommending this hotel and would certainly stay again on any return trip to Budapest. |

Good location, excellent buffet breakfast and wonderful salads to accompany meals. Staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodation was a little small but adequate. The restaurant was excellent (though international rather than Hungarian) but offered a fairly limited menu especially for a vegetarian. |

very clean hotel, nice staff and absolutely great location near old Buda castle In advance I booked gluten and lactose free breakfast. When I arrived I mentioned it in reception again but in the end they didn't arrange it. |

the location to "buda"is excellent .the room big and with all facilities even a kettle to cofey or tea .the staff very friendly. the hotel restorant is excellent the back side facing the city is a leetle beat noisy |

We liked very much. From the hotel Castle Garden was very good way to Buda Castle area. It situated so near. And also it was easy to get from the hotel to busses and metros. Very good place. The service was good and the restaurant (breakfast and dinner) was excellent. |

Spotlessly clean and the food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious. The staff were efficient and helpful throughout our stay. The location on the Buda side is wonderful, being just around the corner from the Vienna Gate leading into the Castle District. |

Based under the Buda Castle with an easy 2 - 3 minute walk to this fantastic monument. The hotel service from the staff was generally poor. You always felt as if they were doing things slightly begrudgingly - perhaps a hang over from the Communist past ? On one occasion the room was not made up because the hotel "had a lot of guests departing which was the cleaning staffs main focus" and on arrival, due to a leak which had damaged some rooms we were moved without notice to another hotel for one night. Would recommend this hotel purely for the location. |

Located just outside the walls of te Buda Castle the Hotel is a beautiful new building. Hotel staff is fantastic and so is the restaurant. Internet connection via ethernet cable. |

The hotel is ideally located on a quiet residential street right beside the wall of Buda Castle. The whole of the Castle District can be easily reached on foot. On the other hand, anyone wishing to visit the Pest side of the city from the hotel may do so by walking only 5-10 minutes to the nearest underground (Metro) station at Moszva ter (plaza). The buffet style breakfast was ok with plenty of fresh fruits of different kinds. |
