The room was very small but very cozy and comfortable. The modern bathroom and pleasant. Good location, right at the entrance of the castle in Buda. The restaurant is perfect. It was the best dinner of the whole trip. Excellent food and good wine list. The breakfast was also very good. The room could be a little bigger. |

Good location in a calm residential area. Hotel with nice atmosphere and modern design. Good breakfast. Towels were not replaced as requested. Parking price should not be an extra. |

Very nice hotel in the heart of District 3. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the hotel has underground secure parking. It is also within walking distance to many city attractions to include the Russian market and shopping mall. |

Lovely new Hotel. 5 Minutes from Buda Castle precinct. 20-30 minutes walk (down hill) to city centre but there is a metro station 10 minutes away. Also the sightseeing buses (Hop on Hop off) have a stop within the Castle precinct. Restaurant was very good Italian. All in all it was a good place to stay for sightseeing etc. Breakfast was good but finished at 9:30 so there was always a bit of a rush at the end for hot food which was sometimes slow to be replenished. We stayed 3 days and as we seemed to be in the room when the cleaning happened, our room was never cleaned. Had to ask to new towels for the last day. Not an issue for us on holidays but never the less... |

the staff was very polite and helpful with great smile. The Italian restaurant at the ground flour had gourme cousine, very delicious. The hotel itself was in a very peaceful area just opposite the castle with birds singing and in a road nearly with no cars. Peace of mind. I will defenetly want to visit this hotel again |

The hotel was ok. There was nothing i really liked there was nothing bad but at the same time i wish i had stayed somewhere else. The waiters in the restaurant at dinner time had old shirts on they where white but had gone gray. The dinner was not of a quality i expected for that price and also for a 4 star hotel. I had a far greater meal the next day at a little restaurant for 1/2 the price. Also the care and service was not that of a 4 star hotel. Mini bar/fridge in our room was not filled up when we arrived. |

Close to the Castle District and Fishermans Bastion - and easy access to public transport to go to the Pest side of the city and shopping Handy for Open-top City Tour bus ride There were no TV shows in English apart from CNN and BBC news - yet most of the tv shows were English/USA and then dubbed in German / Hungarian - strange!! The hotel reception could not recommend any local places to eat and experience local food |

unfortunately there is nothing special to talk about, very average poor service, unfriendly employees, bathroom was not really been cleaned for our entire stay (3 nights), no breakfast any more after 9:15 am, discussions with the service personell, very small rooms, air condition very weak, was not worth the price, receptionist spoke broken english (difficult communication) |

Nice location, green and relatively quite, yet very close to the castle. Not a big hotel. |

The hotel is small but very functional with good service and a nice restaurant. It's a very nice place to rest an relax. The location is a little bit hidden and the hotel is difficult to get to if you are not familiar with Budapest. Public transport is in walking distance but it takes a couple of days to figure out the best way to travel to and from the hotel (staff had some difficulty in explaining in english) |

All staffs are very kind and polite. The hotel gives us 20% discount to every meal at the hotel restaurant. The taste was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. Tissue paper was not served. |

Staff are very friendly. 6 of us arrived the hotel at 8 o'clock. Although check in time was from 14:00 according to hotel's policy, they still arranged 2 rooms for us so that we could put our luggage. And this hotel's location is perfect. Easy to visit Castles by walk. |

Very tidy & comfortable rooms - very nice furniture, all the appliances - staying in the rooms was very very nice. Hotel is in an excellent location - ca. 100 m to the old town - excellent place to start walking around Budapest. Hotel staff could be a little bit more efficient during the breakfast - there were some shortages of plates, dishes, etc. Not a big deal, but some room for improvement :) |

I would say the Castle district is the top place to stay if you are interested in the sights (not shopping). Location: this hotel is just at the gates (but outside) of the castle. Hotel/staff: this is a brand new (smaller) hotel, so everything is is good order. Staff was very friendly/helpful. If you are without car, I would say it's better experience to stay inside the castle - although different price ;-) |

The location. It is very close to the castle area, which is the most preferred tourist attraction in Budapest. Also, there was a shopping mall nearby. Underground parking was excellent. |
