Great Location outside Castle Walls and only about 5 mins walk to trams. Very pleasant staff and a very good breakfast. Restaurant has nice food/atmosphere at reasonable prices. Wired Internet access in room is great. I would stay here again. I can't believe that they charge €5 for using the sauna area, especially since it is not worth it! (Could put two in the sauna if you knew the other person well!). I also would prefer to pay in Euro when using my credit card (to be fair the rate is clearly displayed and was fair enough) |

A comfortable friendly hotel with professional English speaking staff. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast with fresh orange juice and an assortment of bread rolls. Recommend the restaurant for dinner in the evenings which also offers a good selection of Hungarian wines. Just a tip - the carpark entrance is on Varfok street, not on Lovas street. Would have been good to know before, as this was much easier to access by car. |

Everything went so right at this hotel that it's hard to remember it can get wrong at other places. We don't usually can afford a four star hotel, but for this price we just got everything right. Staff is helpful, speaking good English, nice and smiling. Room is perfectly clean, conveniently sized and organized. Breakfast has everything we need. We did also appreciate the temperature of the room: good warmth but not too much, so you don't get cold when you go out in winter (there was a system to adjust it if wished, but we didn't try it). This is the first time we use a spa in a hotel, which is really enjoyable to relax after a day out. Overall this is a great value for money. Just go there if you're not looking for something special. We ended up spending more time in Pest than Buda, because there are more things to see there, and Buda is a more expensive place. So it might be better plan to stay in Pest, but the metro station is close and efficient, then it's not an issue at all. The music at the breakfast is always the same, that can be annoying after the third day. As ecological sensitive people, we where happy to see a note explaining that you just have to put on the ground which towels we want to get changed. But they ended up changing them all everyday! Maybe it's because we didn't put any tower on the ground the first day, but there should be a way to tell the cleaning people you don't need any tower to get changed if wished. |

A very nice hotel. Helpful staff, easy check-in. An excellent bed (with the option to ask for an extra firm mattress). Perfect complementary internet connection (cable & WiFi). In the very centre of the city, all venues can be reached on foot. Some of the international tv channels weren't available. |

Good choice. Looks like a newly built hotel, nice rooms and a helpful, excellent staff. The restaurant is good, guitar music at night. Parking is easy, in front of the hotel or in the garage. At wintertime avoid the corner rooms, it's a bit cold. If you call a taxi via the reception ask for a taxi company cab, not a private one. At the walls of the castle, it takes 5 minute walk to get in the center of the castle. It's a place that you'll visit again. |

2nd visit, rooms and bathroom are new and clean. Hotel is good, parking garage excellent. The restaurant was horrible. The food was tasteless and overpriced. The waiter was arrogant and service was bad. Just walk 5 minutes up the hill towards the castle and you will find a lot of nice restaurants. |

Very good parking facilities (in front or at floor -1). Very good breakfast. Reception staff was very usefull. Very good internet acces. The big minus of this hotel is it's air conditionat sistem that stinks awful (at least in our room). Some filters in the ac sistem should be change. |

Excellent little Hotel, just beyond Castle walls, and so close to tourist sites. Rooms clean, spacious and recently fitted with high quality furnishings. Wired internet in rooms reasonably fast. Good restuarant open most evenings (unless closed for a special event); prices of food similar to other restuarants in vicinity. Book the shuttle bus from airport, as bit off the main access by public transport. Slightly out of town, and only on 1 bus route, so need to know the system and buy your tickets before you get there, or walk to Moskova terrace. |

Excellent rooms, modern, clean, stylish and well-maintained. Hotel staff were most obliging and helpful. Breakfast was a well-presented and tasty meal, with several different options. The bus service immediately adjacent every six minutes added to the convenience of this hotel, not only for the Castle district, but through to Deak Ter in one direction and Moskva Ter in the other. My wife and I would definitely stay here again, and next time would take advantage of the dinner menu, which seemed of high quality Very minor - but the automatic lights in the corridors could stay on a few seconds longer to allow one to use the room key! |

Reasonably silent room (no traffic noise). Excellent food on your restaurant, we loved it and recommended it on the internet. Clean, simple but nice room. Balcony can be nice on the summer time. No space for larger suitcase. We got mild tobacco smoke into our room every day most likely from the air conditioner or such device (balcony door was always closed), please check that people do not smoke near the fresh air intake of your building. Only two of the TV channels were in English. Would not recommend this for business users that need to work at their hotel room, table is too small to do work there. For leisure for room was nice. |
