Hotel Charles  

La seva ubicació respecte al centre de la ciutat, et permet anar caminant o si es prefereix a la porta hi ha una parada de bus que et permet està al centre de la ciutat en 5 min. L'esmorzar està bé. Habitació molt espaïosa. Aparcament privat a un preu molt raonable.

éS bastant sorollós degut a la proximitat a una via amb trànsit molt elevat.

Very helpful staff (speaking a very good English), very clean rooms and rather large, excellent food at the hotel's restaurant (particularly, excellent breakfast). Not in the "official" city center, but very easy to get to when arriving late after a long trip, and leave for the next destination (which in my opinion is more important, since the city streets may get very busy in the evening and in the morning) Easy to get to city center (15 min to underground station and 1-2 min to bus station). Great value for money.

Noisy rooms: - in the rooms facing Hegyalja ut, there was a big noise from the street - in the bathroom, the faucets (especially at the tub/shower) were quite noisy so having a shower or a bath after a certain hour may be disturbing for the neighbors. But if you're very tired or a heavy sleeper or use ear-plugs or drink a (few) beer(s), this won't matter :)

Extremely friendly personnel: speak different languages and are available for all help or information. Spacious room (studio) for its price.

Be aware that some rooms are at the side of a main road (with associated traffic). Nothing to complain about however when you take account of the price and the service that you get.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Rooms are very big, with a little kitchen. Bus to/from city center stops in front of the hotel.

It was my second time in this Hotel , I stayed in lots of 5 star Hotel all over the world but Charles Hotel is so good that It can compet with lots of 5 star Hotel People in reception desk are so nice & proffesional they are willing to help you about anything you need , I stayed in delux room which had a kitchen with plates & things you may need for making a simple diner .The beakfast is trefic with anything from warm sasages to fresh fruit , great caffe with lots of varieties to choose from .The location is also great ,the bus stop is just infront of the Hotel ,you can take bus No 112 or 8 to the metro station from where you can go to anywhere in Budapest.

The hotel staff is very helpful and willing to adapt to the requests. Very tasty and affordable local dishes served with promptness. A good note : the owner of the restaurant comes to pour your wine while trying find out your opinion about the service and food.

The hotel rooms need refurbishung.

The price - value for money 100%, helpful staff, good breakfast, free wifi, clean rooms, cosy bed

Small car parking place, a little bit noisy when window was open

As a recomandation ,I suggest you,to improve your fonic isolation of the rooms.( Street noise) .

The staff is unbelievably nice and kind and they are willing to help you with everything. The rooms are clean and cozy and the bed is super comfortable :)

They could change the room doors, the are a bit old.

The hotel was a nice surprise, being there for the first time. Good quality of staff, always kind and helpful, good wifi connection. Also good conections with the center of the city by bus.
