The staff was really polite,almost to much :-).Good breakfest buffe.We took superior room which is very big. The train is passing near by,and it is very traffic (trains) during the whole night.It fils like is earthquake every time the train passes. |

Close to the city, with a regular bus stop just outside the door. Staff were very freindly and helpful with a great grasp of languages If you don't like the heat then make sure you book an air conditioned room as they can get quite warm and there is only a fan in the non air conditioned rooms. |

Good food. Good location for traveling by car. I liked the fact that the staff are people who speak Romanian. The windows were not noise proof, so there was a lot of noise from the street. No air conditioning in the rooms (only an electric fan). |

Great staff, as during the previous stay. The rooms are spatious and clean, Wifi worked fine, the guarded parking within the hotel's courtyard is an excellent solution. Apart from that, an excellent location for reasonable money. |

Close to center of Pest only 20-25 minutes walk. Close to castle only 10-15 minutes walk. Good restaurant, nice staff and very helpfull. Hotel is located at busy street, despite all the measurements taken the cars can still be heared from the rooms. The beds were very hard. |

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, bathrooms and even the kichinette; good buffet breakfast included during the night, the noise coming from the street and the big traffic was really disturbing; |

Good service and info about cabs and directons to places. Close to conference centre and quick trip to downtown and buda castle. No refund on breakfast charges if you book room with breakfasts but dont actually have breakfast. Reception staff member was a bit unfreindly. |

The location near novotel Congress Center (less that 10 minutes walking) was good, 2 bus lines take you from in front of the Hotel fast down town, there was a good restaurant in the Hotel to dine in the evening with very reasonable price, room had air condition. Doors to the corridoor are rather thin, fortunately people coming back during the night from activities were not too noisy. |

Most of the rooms doesn't have airconditioning (only superior rooms has it). Standard rooms have ventilators (sic!). The noise from the street is quite disturbing, |

The staff, perfect english and totally dedicated to the clients. The restaurant is also very good. And it is just inside the city center, with 15 minutes walking you can reach any touristic point. Acustic insulation windows, there is some noise in the rush time, and light sleepers can have some trouble, but it is not a major concern. |

Hotel staff were very helpful - provided directions, suggested activities for tourists, booked tickets for performances/shows. Food at the hotel's restaurant was excellent (large servings), prices were comparable to middle-range restaurants in the city. The city centre is easily accessible from the hotel as there is a bus-stop just outside the hotel. |

Easily connected with the center of the city, splendid restaurant and cuisine, nice comfortable rooms, good prices. Very noisy street, so it is not possible to have open windows during night, very few parking places. |

Pleasant, clean, comfortable hotel (room provided with a little kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, dishes etc), good location to visit the old town. Rooms with view to the interior yard are totally quiet and peaceful, maybe should avoid rooms to the main street. Parking was on the sidewalk, quite tight, needs more parking facilities. |
