the convenient location only i thought this to be without doubt the poorest 4 star i have stayed in the stairs in the room to an upstairs room so i could see and hear the inhabitants of the room above thru a piece of board blocking the gap , the decor was cheap and tacky the carpets were heavily stained the bathroom decor poor ,the double bed was two singles pushed together |

Appreciated the staff's help with securing transportation to and from the airport. The room was spacious and with 2 bedrooms it works well for a family. The carpet was stained and appeared worn and dirty. Also walls could use a fresh coat of paint, as there were many marks. |

Excellent value for money, comfort, central location and very helpful staff. Arriving late at night, we were given a wrong, smaller room with a rather uncomfortable sofa bed. The day after we moved to the two-bedroom apartment we had booked. Not only the hotel reimbursed the difference, but the last day they let us stay until 5 pm. We had to ask for cleaning the room, but the staff was always very helpful. |

staff ok staff ok, garage elevator fanny small (i couldn't putt the car inside - has to be noted, it is 3 star hotel, not four star! generaly ok. |

Nice buffet breakfast selection. Not located on the city center, but close enough, 10 minutes by tram. Valuable for the money. Recommended. |

nice, comfortable apartments in the heart of Budapest. Value for money. Probably, the best choice from value for money point of view. No sign outside on the stret. Anyway, if you know the address it's ok. |

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in City Hotel Budapest. The hotel lobby is beautiful and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Our room had a kitchenette with fully stocked silverware, dishes, and cookpans. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay. The only complaint I could have would be that the hotel is a little difficult to find. Go through the City Cafe entrance to get to reception. |

The room was large and clean, cheap hotel parking Little bit difficult to find it on the street because there is no sign on it. Anyway, if you know the address it's ok. |

very polite staff, good enough english. it's a five star hotel from "value for money" point of view only one problem it's hard to find without a gps device. strongly recommend it. |

It was such a magical city to stay at, the hotel was situated in an excelent location central to all the main attractions, the hotel was brilliant along with staff who were realy helpfull. |

It's clean, cosy, warm, spacious rooms, friendly staff, central location, parking spaces underground, elevator ... We were really satisfied with the decision to stay in this hotel. Breakfast is served in the lobby and since it was winter time during our stay it was a bit cold. |

Our room was amazing. We booked a double bed with a fold out lounge and got a two storey apartment with a huge lounge/reception, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The room was clean and so was the common areas downstairs. Nothing major. The shower downstairs spurted water on the ceiling and the shower upstairs had no bracket so you had to hold the showerhead while washing. As mentioned by others the entrance is a little confusing but if you print off a map of the hotel's location its easy. |
