The room was spacious and well decorated, leisure centre was excellent There was no dining facilities, despite advertising 2 restraunts. There was no bar, again despite advertising one. The safe in the room Was broken as was the kettle. The Breakfast which was served to your room was absolutely pathetic. It was obvious that the breakfast did not come from the hotel that we stayed, it arrived without coffee,which we did get after 20mins, from a coffee shop |

slightly overpriced, moved after our stay to another apartment (55euros)which was half the price and equally as impressive. |

The swimming pool! And the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I found the lack of a shower curtain upsetting. Nowadays most people have showers and if there is no shower curtain, one creates a flood. Or one has to have a bath. The fact that there was no restaurant operating was also upsetting. The staff did their best to provide a breakfast but on two days out of the five, it was totally inadadequate. |

We loved the pool as we rarely ever had to share it. The girls loved having a large pool to splash around all they wanted. Also, the staff was very helpful and the massage was wonderful. The beds were not very comfortable. The pillows were minimal as well. |

The attached restaurant was excellent - the health club/spa facilities were as good as I have experienced. I was represented to be a "5 star hotel" - it is not. It is possibly a 3 star hotel and does not offer several of the services listed in their brochure (computer facility, money exchange, belman services, room service, etc.). The room itself is quite nice with a seperate bedroom and kitchenette. The bathroom is quite small but modern with a seperate shower and bath. |

Perfect location, and a very nice apartment. Beds a bit too hard. Breakfast service was disorganized a buffet would have worked better. |

Good location, fab spa, handy to have small kitchen when staying a bit longer yet still daily cleaning of room etc like in a hotel. Good restaurant,for breakfast anyway, huge portions and morning cappuchino had 'good morning' written on the foam!! |

Everything was OK, mainly the kindness of the dining room (Segal restaurant) manager While the room was cleaned up and arranged evey morning (which was done very well), we didn't get soap/shampo at all (!!). All the rest was OK so it was very strange, especially for such high class level of hotel |

The hotel room was excellent, it was a apartment style so you had your own cooking facilities, there was a huge plasma TV linked to a dvd player, The spa facilities were oustanding, location was great - on a small street close to the Octagon........small niggly thing, there were only 2 British channels |
