The Sarokház Panzió is only 5 minutes from the Budapest Ferihegy Airport and features a tennis court on its own grounds and a large parking area, which is cheaper than the airport parking lots.

BpArt Hostel is 200 metres away from the M3 Kálvin Tér Metro Station and 400 metres from the pedestrianised Ráday Street with numerous restaurants and cafés. Bicycle rental is offered on site.

Hotel Belvedere Budapest offers style and comfort in a great location near Moszkva tér, one of the city's main traffic junctions on the Buda side of the Danube.
Score from 221 reviews Very good
Located 550 metres from Rákóczi Tér Metro Station (Line M4) in a modern building in Budapest, BMF Hostel offers laundry facilities and a vending machine. All units are functionally furnished.
Score from 81 reviews Very good
Very nice place: the English speaking employees, the tidiness of the rooms, the possibility to take the bikes with us to the room, because the warehouse for bikes was not safe enough (in our opinion), the kitchen we could use. We had a great one nigh stay :)
Room style Stuff
Dirty bathrooms and sometimes lack of tissues
I was at sziget fest, and choose this hostel to stay @ night. Hostel is under Gellert Hill, easily acessible even at night. Nice, young receptionists, with decent english. Clean, comfy, but somewhat simple rooms, shower is ok too. Amazing quality/price.
Hill placement is a drawback because you need to wait for a bus or go uphill for like 5-10 mins -- it was not really a problem for 2 healthy men. Old but working electronics in kitchen, no problems with it though.
near the city centre and a lot of trees..
there isnt wc in the room.
Mate and me met by chance in a train in Germany just 3 weeks before we spent 10 fairy tale days in Budapest. Cause we had problems with booking a flat, we had to stay in a hostel for one more night and found Buda. It was easy to get there and we were happy to be like students in BP for one night. We enjoyed our stay, explored the beautiful neighborhood, found a great lunch kitchen under trees and were plain happy about everything. Not just cause we were in love. Also cause we felt very comfortable and welcome in the hostel.
It's cheap and clean enough to sleep well.
There was no free parking place so we had to left our car in street. There was a mini refrigerator in room. We had to turn it off since it was noisy.
We stayed there only one night, but everything was OK, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff speaking english very well
-Price is quite cheap indeed
-"Bathroom in room" means shower, but NO toilet. We had to share the toilet with the floor. Every single toilet was clogged and there was no toilet paper. -The staff got out of their way to be unfriendly. For instance, they didn't even say "welcome". They just said "passports". -The location is horrible. It is not in the "city" of Budapest but in the city of "Buda", which has it's centre far away from the touristy places of Budapest.
Private room with own shower Comfortable beds Big windows Good price
Bad location, have to spend a lot on public transport to get anywhere except the Citadel which is in walking distance Staff were really rude and useless Toilets had no soap or toilet paper in any of the stalls for two days, when staff was notified all she said was that she knew but couldn't find the cleaning lady and told me find her myself A lot of noise in the corridor at about 3am, regardless of quiet after 10pm rule - 24 hour manned reception staff obviously didn't care as they did nothing No telephone, slow wifi and really not close to anything Would not recommend even for the seemingly good value
not expensive, big room, and comfortable bed.
a bit far from city center
near to bus stop.
need to submit the key at reception every time we went out. And the staff passed me the wrong key when I came back make me felt so unsafe. Others can access the room if they get the wrong key. Our room is at the end of the walkway of 1st floor. The walkway is really long, we have to walk very far. And it is right beside the common toilet. Noise from the toilet during midnight. No lift. Internet connection very bad in room.
The location war quite good, easy to access from Moricz Zsigmond ter with tram nr. 61. 24 hour reception Free internet/WiFi. Although the WiFi had some connection problems. Private shower. Good value for the money.
Only shove in the bathroom(no WC). Shared WC on the corridor was not the cleanest and nicest. Bed lining not clean (had hair on my pillowcase) Dirty under the bed. No towels (only for extra cost). After the garbage was taken we received no second garbage-bag.
-comfortable rooms -great staff - clean bathrooms
-wifi rarely worked and it was slow
very uncomfortable beds, dirty shower and toilets, very dumpy room
The staff were friendly and helpful. The shower in the room good and the bed comfortable.
The internet was very poor. The kitchen was really dirty and it was inconvenient to have to go downstairs to get the key for it and everything you needed from the office, including plates, cups etc. there was no kettle to make tea or coffee. It was a bit far out at night for a person on their own when walking home and the area did not feel very safe.
It smells! No toilet in room, just sink and shower. Internet didn't work. Rooms smell really bad!!!!
hot water of the shower,cleaness,
is it difficult to find the hostel
Pretty close to the River and most of the big attractions are only a few minutes away.
It is a hostel, don't expect much and you won't be disappointed.
City hostel buda is not only really hard to find and up a steep hill but also located on the Buda side of budapest, this side has hardly anything nice to see and is quite boring whereas they have another hostel called city hostel corvin on the pest side of the city which is much better and the location is amazig. There is so much to see on the pest side, I would seriously not recommend the buda side.
price is low...
location, very very very difficult to be found.
Quiet. Clean. We had good sleep. Location is close to the tram stop.
The female toilet always runs out of tissue. One of the male staff is not helpful at all. He let us wait a long time, and didn't do anything to our request. The kitchen is on the 1st floor. We had to climb up the floor. Nothing in the kitchen, no tools or sauces. The key of the kitchen need to be borrowed first.
For a hostel, quite good.. well maintained, nice to have your own shower and sink in room. Also a little fridge. Everything you need for a short stay and so cheap!
-Great location near to the Citadel (best panoramic view) -non-stop Reception and helpful staff -pretty clean rooms and clean shared bathroom -room had fridge and sink and shower
-There's free parking on the street, but to park inside it costs 5 eur -one of the beds was missing a pillow, but didn't bother to ask for one -WiFi present but not working, though there was signal in the room; there are 3 PCs at the reception, which are free to use but work like old coffee grinders -though there were a sink and shower in the room, I would have preferred the toilet to be in the room
Actually, this is a college dorm, yet it is much nicer than some hostels. Price is reasonable. Rooms are simple but the furnishment is ergonomic. No complains about general facilities. Surroundings are just a clean and really quiet residential area, some 25 minutes walking distance from the busy streets.
Connecting to wifi in the rooms was next to impossible. Probably because of too many users (all the time). Very complicated access to the shared kitchen. Pay attention that you ought to pay in advance for the all period of your booking.
It's the best low budget place to stay in Budapest, very close to the center of the city. It's my second time here and for the price that i payed I can't think of any other better place. Decent rooms, toiletts are cleaned often and staff it's very nice. Greetings from Romania, can't wait to come back in Budapest !
If you expect for a luxury accomodation, it's not for you. It's for people who don't have much money (like students) or don't want to spend too much money on accomodation and want to enjoy the beautiful Budapest. So if you are used with 5 star Hotels and now you are cheap, or you don't have much money to spend and you except a 5 star hotel definitely something's wrong with you.
