The Reception staff were all very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to give info, make phone calls etc. No lift. The cleaner did a very cursory job daily. I wouldn't use the phone because it was filthy. A pillow case on arrival had hairs all over it and was eventually changed on the second day once I left it on the floor. |

The hotel was simple and did the job, the central location was excellent. The towels were lovely and fluffy and the staff were very helpful, especially as we had a very late arrival. |

The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Pest, on a quiet, pedestrianised street. The twin rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The choice of cereals, bread, meats etc at breakfast is more than adequate and the staff are always friendly and very helpful. I can't imagine finding a better hotel for the price. |

It was very peaceful and quiet, which was surprising for a city centre hotel. It's a very good base, as it's in the middle of the hustle and bustle of pest. |

The location of the hotel is excellent, no noice and still in the middle of the downtown. Employees of the hotel were kind and helpful. The fitted carpets in the rooms and some changes in the breakfast. |

The hotels description on the internet does not reflect what it is like. It is now run down leaking shower bathroom always flooded. No lift so all suitcases had to be carried up four flights of stairs. Very poor selection of breakfast. No hairdryer,no iron, no tea making facilities, no vending machines for drinks. Fridge in room was empty. |

The hotel is located in a very central position which allows you to easily move in the city. The price we finally payed was different from the one marked on the reservation mail. This MUST not happen!! |
