Central positon in a quiet pedestrian only street, the staff were very helpful

No lift meant carrying our bags up but I'm sure the staff would have helped had we asked.

Excellent, helpful staff. Seems safe. Very good location.

Rooms are becoming rundown. For example, the shower door wouldnt stay shut unless held shut. Room was a bit dingy.

Don't stay/except room 215 unless you like a cell like room (small) with hardly any natural light and a view of wall. Room change declined. Very disappointing. A dog barked incessently throughout our stay, resounding arround tiny courtyard below, especially annoying during the early morning.

The location of the hotel. This was excellent.

The beds were most uncomfortable and we could not sleep a wink due to the hardness of matresses. This must be improved. 2. The breakfast buffet was of a very poor standard from western standards. It has a poor selection of food on offer and the quality was not upto standards.

The location of the Hotel in the very Center of Budapest is good

1. Hair drier should be available in the room. 2. Internet connection in the lobby should be free of charge and in English. 3. Tea water in the breakfast was not hot enough
