First impression. Soiled, worn, dirty carpets on stairs and landings. Odd stains in rooms. New carpeting (or cleaning) would improve the overall impression greatly. |

Room was overlooking main street, next to it was a non-stop kebab shop and the smell at night was unbearable. Tried to open window to get rid of smell which was a mistake, it got even worse. It was extremely smelly! Disgusting. |

The staff was extremely helpful, both relative to the hotel, and to finding one's way in Budapest. Very helpful with finding restaurants and services not available within the hotel, such as laundry. |

great value for money hotel, excellently situated for shopping, restaurants, bars and sightseeing. Clean rooms, friendly staff, adequate breakfast. security bars on window and lack of clear evacuation procedures made the stay a little unsettling. |

Friendly staff, location was excellent (right on 4/6 tram route and within walking & suitcase rolling distance of Nyugati station), hard boiled eggs for breakfast. Slightly run down. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. |

Convenient for Nyugati station, good air-conditioning, breakfast good Beginning to look run-down, carpets in the public area grubby, very poor lighting in the room making it difficult to read, very poor choice of channels on the TV - only English language channel was CNN, nowhere to buy drinks and snacks - not even a machine, and the minibar was empty. |

Everyone is very helpful and the rooms are good I was very annoyed that not internet was provided in the rooms despite having requested it. For this money we paid at this hotel I do not think spending money on a router will hurt the hotels budget. Poor selection of channels which can be important if staying with young children stopping you going out. I will not use this hotel again as there are better alternatives |

Very friendly and helpful staff! There were air-condition and fridge in the room. The location is good, by foot or by metro or tram. On the mainstreet, but we didn't hear the traffic noise to our room. The breakfast wasn't very good, there were just basic things. |
