The room was a good size. As soon as we booked in we were told that we had to check off an inventory in the room that had over 50 items on it. We were also told that if anything was missing from the room we would have to pay for it if we did not inform them within 24 hours. It made us feel very unwelcome and untrustworthy. The waiter in the restaurant was not very welcoming.

The bed was clean and comfortable. The quality of the apartment for the money we paid was very poor. Around Keszthely for this price one can get a very very nice apartment. To be honest, this price is a rip off of the tourists....

Staff id exellent. Room is resonably big and clean. Location is perfect to rech the coast and beautifull park. Local server via WiFi doesent support SSL. Uncomfortable when you want to work or order plane tickets etc.

Eerst geen ontbijt hoewel betaald later voor ons twee een overdadig ontbijt gemaakt Restaurant niet open en op aanbeveling van de balie medewerker gaan eten in het nabij gelegen [50mtr] restaurant. Nog nooit in mijn 61 jarige leven zo slecht gegeten! Ga daar niet eten

Lokalizacja hotelu, niedaleko pięknego parku. Miła obsługa. / Hotel's location, near a beautiful park. Nice service. Brudny pokój. Małe łóżka. Bardzo niesmaczne śniadanie (kiełbaski wiedeńskie to parówki z Tesco). / Dirty room. Small beds. Very tasteless breakfast. (Vienna sausage is a cheap sausage from Tesco).

la situation géographique, cetral tout en étant très calme avec beacoup de verdure.le eprsonnel était d'une gentillesse et efficacité remarquable; de plsu triligngue chose rare en Hongriepour le prix de 55€ petit déjeuner compris, pour deux, excellent qualtié rapport prix excellentde plsu ambiance petit hotel , nosu ne voulions aps des grands hotels a 200 chambres !
