Very nice location, clean and cosy rooms, nice resort.

No free wifi, which we would have expected. Only at the reception for appx 4 EUR/day. Also the bike rental was more expensive comparing to others in Keszthely/Heviz.

Very nice place for spending 7-10 days: club means everything inside, comfortable location in green zone next to Heviz lake, birds sing.

Evrything was just perfect!

We just returned from a wonderful 5 days there! Everything was great! Loved the Fish Spa, the setting was like a Fairy Tale with thatched roof houses and little paths leading all around the property. Breakfast was great! People were very nice and friendly. Loved the loft style room for a family of 4 with 2 full bathrooms. It was a 3 min to the lake from this property. We will be booking this hotel next time we visit the Heviz area.

The only thing, was to use the internet you have to go to the reception area. You aren't able to use the internet from your room/house. The walk to your room isn't as long and daunting as people make it sound. There are carts to carry your stuff to your lodging.

Very spacious, cozy, beautiful country-style interior, very clean, heated ceramic floor, kitchen and bathroom well-equipped, not noisy. English- speaking staff, very polite. Просторные, очень уютные и красивые апартаменты, ванная и кухня оснащены практически всем необходимым, на территории тихо и спокойно. Очень чисто. Приветливый англоговорящий персонал.

Not 2 mins from the thermal lake as the description says, but about 20! No kettle in the room. The inside swimming pool is very small and in a separate building with the sauna section. Very little amount of shower gel was given, once in all the three days... Будьте внимательны - не 2 минуты пешком от центра Хевиза и термального озера, как в описании, а около 20 мин.! Отель находится за пределами города. Правда, такси стоит меньше 150 рублей, а вот автобусы ходят не очень часто - я ни разу не воспользовалась. В 21.00 ресторан в отеле закрывается, остается только бар, а идти зимой в город по темноте уже не очень уютно... К тому же, лишний раз не набегаешься из Хевиза после купанья, вещи оставить или переодеться... В номере не было эл.чайника. Зимой крайне неудобно то, что сауна и бассейн в разных зданиях. Внутренний бассейн ОЧЕНЬ маленький, и зимой вечером туда набивается куча народа... Гель для душа (он же шампунь), два пакетика, положили в день заселения - на все три дня...

Spacious rooms

There was a smoking room, but the 2 we stayed in was very into smoked and did not smell good at all.

Stayed there about 5 years ago for a week travelling from England. Enjoyed it so wanted to stay again. Now living in Hungary over the summer, my wife enjoys spas and treatments so as it was her birthday, it was ideal. We wanted to use the Heviz spa but the weather turned that day and it was cold and wet. So the amenities here were ideal, especially the fish eating my feet!!

No decaff coffee for my wife. Instant would have done

I liked the fact that although we stayed in a apartment the breakfast, pools, saunas and fitness was included in price. There is only one thing that bothered me, and that is, when I booked the apartment on booking.com, the total price was 108€ for two nights with breakfast, but when we needed to pay the total amount was 154€, that was kind of awkward, because we didnt have enought cash with us and then we had to pay the difference between the prices with credit card.

Room was very quiet and comfortable equipped with all necessary stuff for the stay. Delicious breakfast - over all very good for the special price we had.The staff is extremely friendly and helped us to find out the best programs which made our stay memorable! Amazing location in the nature with peaceful atmosphere! The hotel was very clean. I will definitely go back!

d. Anlage ist sehr schön und sauber. Für Familien mit Kindern sehr geeignet.

D. Beschilderung in D. Anlage ist sehr mangelhaft. Es hat sehr lang gedauert, bis wir D. unterkünft gefunden haben. Sonst war alles perfekt!!!!!

Kompaktný areál s mnohými službami - a napriek tomu sa návštevník cíti ako vo voľnej prírode.

Zelo prostorni in solidno opremljeni apartmaji, prijetno okolje.

Majhen notranji bazen, savne brez posebnega prostora za oddih, brez interneta (razen na recepciji za plačilo).
