The concierge and front desk staff were very very helpful and patient.

When I left the hotel, 18.10.2011 6:30am, I have asked for a taxi to the airport with credit card payment. I was told it is not possible to pay the taxi by credit card (which is not true) but I was offered to pay the hotel and they will call the taxi. The price requested was 6300 huf. I have asked to also right the price in euro and the person in charge wrote it is 22 euro. When coming from the airport to the city I have payed the taxi 5300 huf which was 22 euro. So, the hotel first asked for a price higher by 1000 huf and then wrote the standard price of 22 euro to try and miss-lead me.

The exterior, typical Soviet-era building, kind of scared me at first, but once you get inside, all that goes away

Floor in rooms a bit old and dirty. Beds not so comfortable

Staff is very nice, try hotel restaurant for dinner - they have very good food there, breakfast was also ok. Lobby is very spacious, you can sit there in comfy sofas, drink something from a bar and listen to live piano music. There is also free sauna and swimming pool.

My room was 'economy' but for a 4* hotel you would expect something much better. Definitely needs new furniture. I was put to a smoking room although I did not ask for it. The reason was (as told) that I did not ask for non smoking one explicitly. Very stupid approach. Also, it is allowed to smoke anywhere in the lobby, so if you hate smoking smell, you will be annoyed by this. Wifi costs 15eur per day :(

Location is good. Very handy for the trams. Breakfast was very good and worth 9 euros. Bar was comfortable in the evening and the staff were very helpful. All in all it was good value for money.

The room was a bit more basic than I would expect from a 4 star hotel. There was also an odour in the bathroom, perhaps a generally musty smell and the bathroom sink was a little bit blocked. The bed was comfortable enough. Maybe there should be a bigger selection in the mini bar.

Staff was very polite, professional and helpful. There are many tram and bus lines in the neighbourhood. (Takes about 30 minutes to get to downtown.) Nice, quiet area in the Buda hills. Rooms were warm despite the outside cold weather.

Economy rooms have not really been renovated yet, unfortunately wallpaper was kind of dirty.

Hard to find something. Maybe the terrace in the evening for a drink.

Worst 4 start wanna-be hotel I ever been. Non friendly staff, old furniture in the room, plenty of very visible repairs in the bathroom, smeely bathroom ...

Il personale maschile alla reception scortese,al nostro arrivo per avere informazioni abbiamo chiesto se parlavano italiano ma ci hanno risposto di no quindi noi non sapendo una parola di inglese abbiamo dovuto mimare le nostre richieste per almeno 10 minuti alla fine le stesse persone , con fare indisponente ci hanno risposto in un italiano perfetto,evidentemente gli italiani non sono molto graditi.peccato per il resto era perfetto.!
