Staff is very nice, try hotel restaurant for dinner - they have very good food there, breakfast was also ok. Lobby is very spacious, you can sit there in comfy sofas, drink something from a bar and listen to live piano music. There is also free sauna and swimming pool. My room was 'economy' but for a 4* hotel you would expect something much better. Definitely needs new furniture. I was put to a smoking room although I did not ask for it. The reason was (as told) that I did not ask for non smoking one explicitly. Very stupid approach. Also, it is allowed to smoke anywhere in the lobby, so if you hate smoking smell, you will be annoyed by this. Wifi costs 15eur per day :(

Eventhough hotel isn't in downtown we enjoyed out time there. Its easy to get to the center, public transport is all around, shops, cafees, etc. Next to hotel there is a nice park so it was nice as well. As for hotel itself: room was ok taking into account that we had a standard room, it was really clean and confortable up there. But most of all I liked staff service - polite, open, easy to communicate. Thanks for all.

When I left the hotel, 18.10.2011 6:30am, I have asked for a taxi to the airport with credit card payment. I was told it is not possible to pay the taxi by credit card (which is not true) but I was offered to pay the hotel and they will call the taxi. The price requested was 6300 huf. I have asked to also right the price in euro and the person in charge wrote it is 22 euro. When coming from the airport to the city I have payed the taxi 5300 huf which was 22 euro. So, the hotel first asked for a price higher by 1000 huf and then wrote the standard price of 22 euro to try and miss-lead me.

Hard to find something. Maybe the terrace in the evening for a drink. Worst 4 start wanna-be hotel I ever been. Non friendly staff, old furniture in the room, plenty of very visible repairs in the bathroom, smeely bathroom ...

Staff's attitude was very bad. Furniture from the 80's with plenty of repairs done on a very visible way. From the parking you can only access the hotel climbing stairs (very 'convenient' if you have luggage).

Pěkný hotel blízko centra za přiměřenou cenu. Cesta k lázním Gellert trvala pěšky cca 15 minut, přes most je hned centrální tržiště. K parlamentu a dalším památkám jsme již jezdili tramvají, to je už pěšky přece jen dál. V blízkosti hotelu se nachází náměstíčko s McDonaldem, Sparem, KFC, kebab + velké nákupní centrum Allee. V hotelu je příjemné i sportovní vyžití - bazén a fitness. Pokoj byl pěkný, každý den uklizený. K snídani jsme využili jen kávu s croissantem, pro nás to bylo dostačující. Celkově jsme byli s ubytováním velmi spokojeni, jen bysme příště asi volili hotel na druhé straně řeky, abychom byli ještě blíže centru.

Hotel je pristojan, ljubazno osoblje i ciste sobe. Bazen je odlican kao i teretana. Ne radi klima u hotelu i frizider u mini baru jedva hladi. Programi koji se nude na Tv-u su ocajni, ni jedan muzicki kanal.

Buona la pulizia delle camere ,le signore delle pulizie molto cortesi,belle camere,letti comodi. Il personale maschile alla reception scortese,al nostro arrivo per avere informazioni abbiamo chiesto se parlavano italiano ma ci hanno risposto di no quindi noi non sapendo una parola di inglese abbiamo dovuto mimare le nostre richieste per almeno 10 minuti alla fine le stesse persone , con fare indisponente ci hanno risposto in un italiano perfetto,evidentemente gli italiani non sono molto graditi.peccato per il resto era perfetto.!

Príjemný personál. Dobrá poloha - pre návštevníka centra ľahko dostupná mestskou dopravou Štandardné izby nedosahujú ani kvalitu trojhviezdičkových hotelov v iných európskych krajinách. Bufetové raňajky jednotvárne, bez fantázie, každý deň to isté, chýbajúci sortiment dokladajú oneskorene a neraz až po upozornení klienta. Cena raňajok je voči kvalite nadštandardná. Voda v bazéne studená.
