The staff are helpful and friendly - check-in time policy was 2:00 pm and we arrived at 10:00 already at the train station so I called if we can at least deposit our luggage at the hotel, they told us that we can check-in already as the room is ready and didn't charge us anything. Hotel is close to a tram station. It is close to Gellert Hill but not so close to the City Center by foot; the lobby/reception area is nice, on our floor it is okay but it doesn't really look like a 4 star hotel to me. |

Conveniently located to lublic transport Lack of free wi-fi; limited helpfulness of information staff; when arranging a taxi to the airport the staff did not use the airport preferred company who have a low fixed price |

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff, range and quality of breakfast, location of hotel and convenience of transport links. Noisy guests on bus tours leaving early in the morning - more consideration of others would be good. |

Das Hotel hat einen guten Standart (für ein 4Sterne Hotel annehmbar) freundliches Personal, die Lage ist nicht Zentrum, dieses aber gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen, kinderfreundliche Einstellung, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, für einen Kurzurlaub auch mit Kindern gut geeignet. |

Sehr weitläufige Hotelhalle, nettes Ambiente im Eingangsbereich. Ich habe das Hotel im April gebucht und angefragt, ob Hunde erlaubt sind und was sie kosten. Ich bekam die Antwort - pro Nacht € 10,--. Im Oktober kostete der Hund auf einmal € 20,--. Wahrscheinlich weil eine große Hundeausstellung in Budapest an diesem Wochenende war und man dadurch viel Geld verdienen konnte. Das ist Abzocke!!!!! |

Perfecte ligging voor ons. Aan een parkje met de spoorlijn toch binnen 10 minuten in het centrum van Budapest. De bedden zijn waardeloos. Een en al veer, waardoor je het gevoel hebt door je bed te stuiteren als je je omdraait. Niet comfortabel. Acceptabel voor drie nachten, maar veel langer zou niet goed zijn voor je rug. |

Bra ordnat med parkering för bil. Om man är 65 år åker man tydligen gratis på kollektivtrafik i Budapest men vi upplystes inte om detta. Budapestkortet, som vi köpte på hotellet, gav inte heller rabatter på sightseeing eller liknande |

Alles, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Benutzung des Schwimmbades durch das Abholen einer Benutzerkarte im Keller des Gebäudes ist etwas "schwach" kommuniziert. Das könnte man verbessern, war aber trotzdem schnell geklärt. Nein, da gab es nichts. Wir haben keinen Grund, uns über irgendetwas zu beschweren. |
