The breakfast buffet catered for a wide choice of travellers, with several choices of juices, breads and other foods. There was a lot of noise, both from outside and inside the hotel. The bathroom is very small. The door to the wardrobe cannot be opened enough to use it, due to a fixed bedside table being positioned right next to it. |

The staff are helpful and friendly - check-in time policy was 2:00 pm and we arrived at 10:00 already at the train station so I called if we can at least deposit our luggage at the hotel, they told us that we can check-in already as the room is ready and didn't charge us anything. Hotel is close to a tram station. It is close to Gellert Hill but not so close to the City Center by foot; the lobby/reception area is nice, on our floor it is okay but it doesn't really look like a 4 star hotel to me. |

Meidän suite-huone oli valtavan iso, 2 WC! Mahtuisi helposti 5-6 ihmistä. Credit/debit- master cardit eivät toimi normaalisti missään Unkarissa, business-hotellikin ei ole poikkeus. Sijainti ei ole paras mahdollinen, vain yksi ravintola lähellä. |

Mielyttvä "kaupunkiympäristö" puisto ja lampi hotellin edessä. Aamiainen oli kohtuu hyvä, lukuunottamatta yhtä aamua kolmesta jolloin kahvi oli kylmää (maininnasta huolimatta asia ei korjaantunut) sekä leikkele ja muu syötvä oli jokseenkin loppu kello 9. |

OK hotell som forsøker å gi intrykk av høyere klasse enn de har. Veldig bra med trenings fasiliteter og basseng. Puss opp de 20 år gamle rommene (spesielt bad). Frokosten kunne og definitivt trenge en puss. |

Der Service war in Ordnung, die Mitarbeiter freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig. Swinning-Pool und Sauna waren OK. In der Info-Broschüre des Hotels sollte der Hinweis aufgenommen werden, wie man den Pool und die Sauna benutzen kann. Mit zwei Sätzen wäre eigentlich alles getan und man müsste nicht herumrätseln und nachfragen |

Das Hotel hat einen guten Standart (für ein 4Sterne Hotel annehmbar) freundliches Personal, die Lage ist nicht Zentrum, dieses aber gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen, kinderfreundliche Einstellung, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, für einen Kurzurlaub auch mit Kindern gut geeignet. |
