La situació de l'hotel era bona. Les instal.lacions de l'hotel com a tal són molt maques. El servei no ens ha agradat. Sense cap amabilitat. A més, vem tenir un incident greu que un hotel de 5 estrelles no es pot permetre. La segona nit a l'habitació ens vem trobar una aranya del tamany d'una pilota de golf amb cos i potes dures molt asquerosa. Ens vam queixar a la recepcionista de la "executive zone" i res més va passar. Ni una disculpa ni un canvi d'habitació, ni una compensació econòmica ni res. La meva dona està embarassada i té certa fòbia a les aranyes i no va dormir gens la resta de dies (4). L'últim dia en el moment de liquidar l'habitació vem haver d'insistir i ens venen amb que ens paguen el taxi cap a l'aeroport. És inacceptable trobar-se en una situació així i que un hotel de 5 estrelles no sàpiga respondre a temps. |

I think its the best hotel in Budapest. Luxury hotel with luxury room. No flat or LCD TV in room (small old TV). & location far littel bit from city center (25 min walk from hotel) witch is not good at night (better use Taxi). But anyway its the best here in Budapest compare to others |

Excellent hotel with exceptional value for money. Get executive club access as it is well worth it There are some airconditioning capacity problems in certain rooms. We were there on very hot days and moved rooms. The staffwere very obliging and did everything to assist. New room was superb |

The hotel was excellent and beyond all our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The executive lounge was fantastic! At breakfast in the executive lounge the butter and jam were from France. It would have been better if high quality Hungarian products were used. In addition, on Saturday night, our last night, there was very loud music which made it difficult to sleep. |

The hotel is excellent. The location and the services are very convenient. The SPA of the Hotel is better than the Szécheny, which was crowded. |

Spaciousness of common areas and bedrooms. Choice of restaurants. On site coffee shop. Executive Lounge. Spa area. Staff were very polite and helpful at all times. I would highly recommend this hotel to visitors to Budapest. |

The hotel was fantastic - the spa, pool area, lobby, room - were all fantastic. I would recommend this hotel as the staff are very friendly & helpful. Their English in all areas was quiet good & there was never a problem with any questions that we had. I would really recommend upgrading as it is really worth it for all the additional extras |

Fabulous hotel, Superior Room more than adequate, very roomy. Pool & Spa most enjoyable and staff extremely friendly. If you don't mind paying hotel prices lounge really nice for a drink and the piano playing was really enjoyable. Tea & Coffee making facilities in the room. Would stay here again No negatives! |

The Corinthia exceeded our expectations! We had just come from a sailing trip in Croatia so read reviews and picked the Executive Club at Corinthia as a great place to end our amazing holiday...we were not disappointed! It is even prettier than the pictures show. We arrived and were upgraded to a gorgeous suite, with two bathrooms..nice after the boat :) The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. The Exec area is well worth the extra price and I highly recommend this hotel. It is not right downtown or close to river, have to take the subway but we did not think or find this was a problem at all. |

We stayed in a double room for one night and then moved into a two bedroom apartment. The apartment was fantastic is had everything we needed. I was staying with my mum and we didn't want to share a room for 5 days. I would recommend the apartments, as they are more larger than the average suite and great value. Brand new with all mod cons. The two bedroom apartment was a lot less than the single room. Breakfast was 28E, and I felt that this was overpriced. We only took breakfast once in the hotel. Budapest is very inexpensive to give an idea you can get an omelette for 2E in a very nice cafe or bistro!!! We would have preferred to take breakfast in the hotel, but did not feel this price was fair. The buffet breakfast was very nice, so next time I would perhaps take a room or apartment with this included. We met with family who came from the USA and they felt the same. |

Fab hotel with very friendly staff, Absolutely beautiful entrance. We had a exec room with the free lounge entrance ( think business class lounge at airport) well worth it & breakfast was good. |

We got a very good discount. The hotel is really top class and as a group of friends staying in one 96 m2 appartment we really saved money. The use of the spa and internet connection were included in the room price. The Spa was a nice bonus and a great way to start the day. The appartment had a fully equipped kitchen but not all kitchen equipment was of very high quality. For example the frying pans had some real issues - we had difficulties frying eggs without them rolling on the sides of the pan, as there was a "bump" in the middle. On the other hand, the kitchen had a very good coffee maker, so this is just a detail. |

The entire hotel staff were always charming and polite and extremely friendly! They made our stay there a magical time! The hotel is beautifully constructed with luxurious finishings and a wide variety of restaurants and bars. The piano bar is a great place to relax in the evening and the pianist is very friendly. The spa is very clean and extremely relaxing. The 24hr room service offers high quality food, very well displayed and delivered. I honestly have never stayed at a hotel that had such an overall joyful and attentive staff. Thank you to everyone at the Corinthia Hotel Budapest for a truly wonderful stay! They should be commended for their excellent manner and friendly nature. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Our stay was wonderful and I would definitely and only stay there again when I go back to Budapest!! |
