Good location, but room received was not quiet as requested. Free wireless was great. The buffet breakfast was way too expensive....nice, but too pricey. |

The standard of the room was excellent and the spa facilities were the best I'd ever experienced. We made a couple of phone calls from the room to our daughter back in Britain. They were very expensive. It would have been useful to be warned of the premium rates charged for using room phone. Also were charged for bottle of water which we had assumed was complimentary It would be useful to have it on the minibar listing so it was clear that it was chargeable.. |

Went to the Opera House. Spent an hour in an open-air spa/swimming pool. Walked around the city and ate out. |

The Spa and Jacuzzi were just excellent -- And both have long open hours! Breakest was pretty good; so was also the interior design. Location was also very good: Close to tram, metro and train stations. Staff at the front desk was rather not friendly enough. |

Impressive building, nice staff, wonderful and clean Spa, in general there is a great flair in the hotel! We wanted to park our car next to the hotel and for that reason I asked at the reception, how much the costs are in this district of Budapest. The employee told me, that he would recommend, to park the car int the hotel - garage, which is not "much more expensive" than to put it outside. |

Position in the city. / Confort. / Price. / Facilities. / Service. / Design. The attendance at the main gate should keep an eye out !!!...... I don't mean the bellboys, just outside, receiving people or opening doors.... Minor things but important for a five starssssssssss. Thanks. |

The room radio/tv equipment is pretty limited and not in accordance with the hotel general fittings. I expected actually more about the Royal Spa. The prices are very high, e.g. the massage is over EUR 100! |

we really liked the decoration of the hotel, our room was allways cleaned also the spa was verry clean and well organized (no kids). Room service was fast and very well presented. We did not like so much the treat we recived from the recepcion staff of the hotel on our arrival day. They wanted to charge us in the beginning of our journey. |

One amazing hotel, pay the extra and go for the executive room. Rooms are really nice, but you also get food all day till 21:00 and drink.Staff are so helpful and go out of there way to make your stay a memorable visit to Budapest. The Spa in the hotel is also the best, very clean with 2 saunas, a steam room, 2 jacuzzis and a large pool. |

The concierges were friendly and helpful. The room was fine, and very clean. The hotel spa is fantastic - the pool is gorgeous, there are jacuzzis, steam baths and saunas. |
