The Royal Kávéház & Szamos Marcipán Cafe is open daily from 09:00-20:00.

Brasserie Royale & Atrium Restaurant is open daily from 06:00-23:00.
Bock Bistro is open from Monday to Saturday from 12:00-24:00.
We are pleased to inform you that the entry to the royal Spa is complimentary for our hotel guests.
Superior single / double rooms: We have white doors and white wardrobes and medium cherry bed headboards, side tables and desks.
Executive single / double rooms: All rooms are located on the first and second floor with a view onto the Grand Boulevard or the Atrium. The room doors as well as the furniture are made of mahogany.
Deluxe suite: One-bedroom Suite with 70 sq. meters
Please note that pets are not allowed in apartments. In all other rooms pets are allowed at an additional cost.
Please be advised that due to the deep cleaning of the swimming pool, this area of the spa will not be available from 6 to 8 January 2010. Spa treatments and other areas of the spa and fitness centre will still be available during this time.

The interior of the hotel is perfect, breakfast very nice with big choice of any kind of food, place for the breakfast is very beautiful, room is clean, staff polite and helpful, spa is very nice the bottle of water in the room of the hotel costs 7 Euro, i think is too much even for 5 stars hotel, the executive room not so big as shown on the picture of the hotelhotel |

The hotel is a fabulous building & a great location with excellent staff who were very friendly and helpful before we even arrived. There is a tram right outside & a metro about a 5 minute walk away. I cant speak highly enough of the staff, particularly Katalin. The rooms were a little dark but was great overall. |

The hotel looks Grand :-) The service sucks :-( When you pay a lot of money for a 5 star service, you want it: 1/ Double door at entrance, the first is opened, the second you have to push yourself. 2/ Upgrade to a flat :-), staff escorts us to the back of the hotel, over the wet, snow street (instead of the airbridge) then elevator to big appartement which we didn't like so we changed to an executive room, no breakfast included: charge 70 euro for 2 persons and access to executive club (which should include library, newspapers, ...) we didn't see it, because it wasn't there !!! computers slow. --> bottom line they charge everything extra excessive, for things that are not there. and during our stay (3days the spa was closed) only last night it reopened !!! At least give a discount then ! |

The hotel personell were excellent. They did everything to make us feel royal. We stayed at the hotell with our two small kids and the hotel did a real good job so that they too felt welcome. This is a hotel in the world class! |

Staff friendly and helpful, upgrade to executive suite was a lovely suprise. Only small moan was that I was in an executive suite etc and asked for a couple of additional milks for my coffee in the room as had only got left two yet had been left 4 coffees and 4 tea bags and I was told that would cost me money to call housekeeping. A little disappointed with this. |

Nice decoration, good food, good arrangements on renting a car during holidays, excelent spa facilities. Very loud music on the ground floor in the eveing that did not allow to relax, and sleep. Baby cot provided did not have a matress, so could not be used in the initial condition. The staff was not very quick and eager to respond to requst to change. Restriction to bring a child to the swimming pool. |

The people are very welcoming and very helpful all the time and so friendly, made me feel so relaxed. Booked a double room for new years eve nite but they left me with 2 single beds pushed together cos said i did not specify i wanted a queen bed, even though there was no option when booking. Only included option for smoking/ non smoking room! |

More or less everything at the hotel was excellent. It's hard to find anything to complain! A beautifully decorated hotel with a great buffet breakfast and a wonderful swimming pool. Thanks to the special offer the Executive room (with free snacks and drinks in the Executive Club) was really value for money. |
