Good Quality Facilities and choice Our room on the top floor of the hotel (#6135) had a constant and very bad smell (decay). This could not be removed, even with the large window fully open (very cold!) and was attributed to the air condition vent (no better when switched off). As the hotel was full we had to tolerate the smell, which ruined the stay. |

Very luxury I hurt my toe while I was opening the door to the steaming sauna on the first day of arrival. The edge of the door was very sharp and cut through my toe bleeding. The accident somehow cast a shadow over my spa weekend in Budapest because I couldn't walk properly, let alone bathing. |

The hotel room as big and cosy. The parking was way to expensive for a night spent. We paid around 32 Eur. |

Loved the music played in the lobby area evenings. Also had a wonderful spa. Rooms are for the most part interior -- windows look out onto an atrium |

Nice executive lounge where we could enjoy coffee, drinks and food. Very lovely staff, and nice surroundings. Our 8 month year old could not go with us for a swim in the pool. |

Staffs are trying to be polite. Even staffs are polite, I could not feel that if I was really welcomed or not. I did not get any bad impression from it but that may be the area that the hotel could improve. |

The spa was wonderful. The staff extremely helpful. The location was perfect. The second day it took a long time for our room to get made up. |

Five star hotel with all the bells and whistles, friendly staff, quite good spa, great breakfast buffet, good location to explore Budapest. The only drawback was the window to the atrium (definitely reduced privacy with open window). But if you get a room with street window, it's definitely recommendable. |

I made the booking for an executive room, with breakfast, and found that we were entitled to other facilities that was unknown to us, for example, we could have a drink or some lunch and full use of the spa for no extra cost. the room was spacious and nicely fitted out. I know this is a five star hotel, so its to be expected, but having the extras made it very economical. Maybe the location was a further out then a lot of the other hotels, which meant that more walking was needed. So this was mainly the only downfall. |

The service was phenomenal. Even stored our luggage past checkout because we had a late train to catch. Everybody was very friendly and went out of their way for us. Breakfast should be included in the room rate. 28 euros pp for breakfast is very steep, even for a luxury hotel. |

Location of the hotel is excellent in Budapest The hotel renovation makes it look like a nondescript convention hotel. Rooms have no view towards the outside, spa is disappointing and front desk staff unfriendly. |

First-class hotel worthy of 5 stars in a great location. Good price, too! Breakfast included with room was boring. |

Wonderful luxury hotel, a really fascinating one. Everything that is not included in the price of the room is incredibily expensive. Take care of what you buy at the bar, for example. |

Almost all, especially attentive staff. I have two grandsons (10 and 7 years). They are always with us on vacation. The hotel does not provide children attend SPA sauna and swimming pool. Why, if the children are adults and know how to swim better. |

Stay in a luxurious, historical 19th-century palace built for the Hungarian count Zichy in the heart of Budapest's palace district, near the M3 metro and only a 5-minute walk from the National Museum. |
Le Meridien Budapest is one of the newest five star hotels of the capital. It is a real jewel ideally located in the historic downtown, in the cultural, shopping and business center. |
Set in the heart of Budapest, on the bank of the Danube, the Sofitel Budapest Chain Bridge offers breathtaking views of the Chain Bridge and the Royal Castle. |
No visit to Hungary’s capital would be complete without a stay at the city’s newest all-suite hotel: the Queen’s Court Hotel & Residence. |
