Staff were eager to help and were all fluent in English, making communication easy. Facilitated airport shuttle for an early morning flight. Someone was on desk 24hr, and I received a wake-up call as requested. Strong water flow in shower. My room faced out on a quiet street. -The room was rather drab and dated in decor, made worse by the dim lighting. -The room was very hot even though it was November and cold and rainy outside. -Although I had a nonsmoking room, I woke up in the middle of the night to the strong smell of cigarette smoke. Some how, smoke from the lobby appeared to be flowing into my room unabated. -Although there was a strong wireless signal, they appeared to be using some sort of filtering, which would not allow certain sites to work properly. This was confirmed on two different laptops, and multiple sites, and they worked fine at a bar down the street. |

The hotel is just outside the centre, therefore with good prices (thru Booking.com). It is close to the M3 metro line, i.e. a good connection with the airport terminals (1+2). The hotel is quiet, perhaps a bit basic but certainly clean, nice breakfast room, good internet facilities, staff friendly. My room at the top floor had air conditioning which was an important asset, even in late September. |

The Hotel is situated in a very quiet area directly beneath the heart of Budapest. We slept every night with window opened. The room wasn't cleaned before we came in. |

Die Lage ist sehr gut; das Hotel liegt für Innenstadtlage ruhig, wenn man nicht gerade ein Zimmer zur Straße hat. Die Betten bzw. Matratzen waren sehr gut. Einfaches, sehr sauberes Bad.Freundliche Mitarbeiter beim Empfang. Beim Frühstücksbüfett fehlte der Käse, wenig Auswahl insgesamt, gelangweilte Mitarbeiter im Frühstücksraum, schon eine halbe vor Ende der Frühstückszeit kein Nachfüllen mehr. |

Amabilitatea personalului de la receptie, camera,micul dejun. Nu toate comentarile de pe website ( referitoare la aspecte mai putin pozitive ) au fost in concordanta cu cele constatate in timpul sejurului nostru. Am ales hotelul pt amplasare+tarif+facilitati. intretinerea curateniei in camere in impul sejurului (maturat praful de pe jos). |
