enjoyed the breakfast food out of 4 receponist staff, 1 was rude and curt ,one was not patient at all plus none did not spk another lang other than there own |

I would just like to point out that the bedsheets should have been changed more often. The staff was quite helpful and friendly except one who was not very helpful especially on the day of departure. |

As a 3 star hotel our staying was very comfortable, quaet, nice and the room was clean. We had an excellent staying. |

The staff members were all so courteous, friendly, and helpful. I also liked the hotel's location, so close to the Bük Fürdő. The hotel had a pleasant Christmas atmosphere with the decorated real tree downstairs and charming Christmas arrangements on each table in the dining room. That was such a nice touch. The first room I was asigned to did not have the bathroom cleaned, so I had to request another room. I don't like th e fact that there is swmoking allowed in the lounge, and I guess others areas of the hotel. The computer is situated in the lounge, so if I wanted to use the computer, sometimes I had to tolerate the smoke. |

Very silent place, friendly hotel staff No one on the reception can speak English, only German or Hungarian. They even do not understand email I sent them before - we needed baby cot ready in our room. This was not prepared. (they were able to prepare baby cot other day) But you have to speak a bit German!! |

Die Bedienung in der Rezeption sowie beim Frühstücksbuffet waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Wir waren alles in allem sehr zufrieden und beabsichtigen wieder zu kommen. |

Freundliches und hilfsreiches Personal. Diverse Gratisangebote. Einrichtung zum Teil reparaturbedürftig. Während einer dreitägigen Kälteperiode (10-14 Grad) wurde nirgends im Hotel geheizt, sodass man ständig mit Mantel oder Pullover benutzen und alle Fenster geschlossen halten musste. |

Jeden z nielicznych hoteli, ktory oferuje pokoje 4 osobowe rodzinne. Hotel polozony o kilka krokow od kapieliska termalnego i przez to bardzo atrakcyjne polozenie. Nie podobala mi sie obsluga kelnerska podczas sniadania. Na moja prosbe o podanie lyzek do platkow na sniadanie dostalam odpowiedz, ze lyzek nie ma. Czyzby to byly ostatnie podrygi komuny? |

netter und freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption, Frühstück war geschmackvoll und ansprechend hergerichtet, Pc Zugang Ostern standen die Reinigungskräfte, die Hände in die Hüften gestützt bei uns am Zimmer und fragten, ob sie etwa unser Zimmer reinigen sollen so gegen 9 Uhr. Diese ganzen Tgae über Ostern ging das so, sehr schlecht sauber gemacht. |

Wir wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen ,nett bedient und auch zum Frühstück war sehr viel an Auswahl und sehr frisches Gebäck.vorhanden. Schade das das Wasser im Wirlpool nicht so toll war...schlatzig. |

Sehr schönes Hotel, mit schönen Zimmern. Wellness- und Massagebereich hat ein sehr schönes Angebot. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist Spitze. Sauberkeit im Whirlpool. Sauna und Bad im Zimmer müssten mal ein paar Kleinigkeiten ausgebessert werden. TV Empfang ist sehr schlecht. (Auswahl und Qualität). |
