Velice dobrá kuchyně, wifi v prostoru recepce, dobrý poměr cena/hodnota Při objednávání vody k večeři jsme vždy dostali vodu Evian v plastu otevřenou, dle mého názoru používají číšníci stále stejné plastové láhve a vodu do nich jen dolévají....

velmi příjemný hotel kousek od lázní (cca 150 m), milý a vstřícný personál, snídaně i večeře výborné se slušným výběrem, internet v lobby, sauna a whirpool v ceně, možnost zaplatit si masáže, solárium apod.

Es ist ein relativ gut geführtes Haus mit sehr freundlichem Personal.Her-vorragende Küche (Halbpension). Undefinierbare Geräusche morgens.Kein Raucherraum. Folge: starke Er-kältung.Der Wellnessbereich im Hotel ist sehr klein.Die Bilder in der Hotelbeschreibung sind von der Therme und nicht vom Hotel und daher irreführend

Der Aufenthalt hat mir gut gefallen. Besonders das Ambiente des Speisesaals war sehr angenehm. Die Live Musik an einem Abend war sehr schön. Die Nähe zur Therme ist auch sehr angenehm. Etwas nüchterne allgemeine Anlage der Gänge.

Das Zimmer war wirklich in Ordnung. Die Betten sehr gut (sehr gute Schlafqualität). Trotz der relativen Nähe zum Thermalbad Bük kein direkter Durchgang von Hotel zum Thermalbad. Mit dem Bademantel kann man daher nicht vom Hotelzimmer in die Therme direkt gehen. Dies ist im Winter vollkommen unmöglich. Das Hotel ist daher für Thermenurlauber vollkommen ungeeignet !!!!!!!!!! Es ist für Thermenurlauber einfach unzumutbar, sich ständig an- und auszuziehen und sein Gewand auf einem Kleiderhacken in einer öffentlichen Garderobe (wie im Theater) abzugeben (wie vor 30 Jahren).

Bestes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Direkt neben der Therme. Ruhig. Sauber. Hat die drei Sterne in Ungarn verdient. Buffet am Morgen und Abends, Halbpension inkl., Wirklich gute Auswahl und hat sehr gut geschmeckt! Selbstverständlich kein ai Hotel wie in der Türkei Buffetsaal ;) Wir fahren auf jeden Fall wieder hin!

Příjemný personál jak na recepci, tak obsluha v restauraci. Výborné snídaně i večeře.Hotel vzdálený 2 minuty od lázní. V požadavku jsme měli zadaný pokoj pro nekuřáky,přesto jsme dostali kuřácký pokoj který nešel vyvětrat a byl cítit kouřem.

Výborná kuchyně, nadstandardní výběr jídla. Jen cca 100 metrů k lázním. Čistota pokoje na dobré úrovni, moderní LED TV s USB vstupem. Občas zakouřené chodby, UNI buňky jako koupelny. Wifi pouze na chodbách, nelze na pokojích.

Saubere Zimmer, gute Lage (direkt vor ther Therme Bükfürdo), sowie Frühstück, wie auch Abendessen waren sehr in Ordnung das Abendessen ist 18-20h obwohl die Therme bis 21h offen hat, somit muss man früher von dort gehen um das Essen zu bekommen; es gab keinen echten Fruchtsaft beim Frühstück und auch kein Wasser

Das Frühstücks- und Abendbüffet war ausreichend und geschmacklich sehr gut.Die Nähe zum Bad ist Klasse. Das einzige was wir zu bemängeln hatten,war der Frühstückskaffee.Der war echt furchtbar.

Stravování na dobré úrovni, rychlá obsluha personálu, blízko termálu. pomalu a jistě se začíná projevovat zub času na opláštění hotelu, interiér pokojů ve standardu poskytovaných služeb.
