The athmosphere of the hotel is unique: it been designed by the 1920's. I was at suite named after Al Capone... The restaurant were the breakfast is is served is good for a night bar, but - because there's no any windows, only UV and spot lamps - very depressive for the mornings in my point. |

comfortable room, realistic style. Nice café and restaurants near the hotel The room was not clean, old eguipment, soft bed, thin wall. Breakfast in the basement: dark, any good atmosphere for starting a new day |

Everything was very accomodating and perfect starting on the staff through all facilities and features. The staff was very friendly and helpful about everything. The atmosphere was unique that made the entire stay very memorable. We will return. :D |

the cleaning and the design of the hotel/ the kindness of the stuff the room was very small and they did not know that we are coming with a baby (we wrote it in the commant on the reservation). They gave us a baby bed but the room was too small for that. |

Hotel well situated within walkind distance of the centre of Pest. Plus easy access to metro and train. Staff english speaking, capable and extremely helpful. Room and bathroom nice and spacious. |

this hotel was great with its idea of decoration!!! it has style, no other hotel is like tis one. america, NY, chicago, jazz ...... good location, near by the street with many pubs, clubs and rest. main attraction in a 6-8 min walking. |

The location was central and the hotel decor was interesting. The women at reception was very helpful and pleasant, all the staff were nice as well. I would rate this hotel as a 3 star at most, the breakfast was poor and the dining room carparet dirty |

The staff were really helpful. Location was excellent. We lliked the 1920s theme. The bed wasn't very comfortable - think a new mattress was long overdue! |

The staff were lovely the rooms were very nice for the price we paid and so was breakfast. The location was ideal - central for everywhere and if we return to budapest we would definetly use this hotel again Could put tea/coffee facilities in room |

Central, without being in the busiest street---and therefore noisiest area. Found some nice places to eat within the locale. Interesting decor, helpfull staff when booking excursions/taxi etc. Lack of information e.g. the restaurant. They also were unaware of our request for one elderly couple seeking a twin room. May not have been the hotel at fault but the booking agency ? |

front desk staff was fantastic, especially Irdi. hotel has tons of charm and is in an area with lots of restaurants, near the metro and train station. was a 20 minute walk to chain bridge, 30 to vaci utca, and 45 to the castle. very noisy streets made it hard to sleep. (hotel did move us to quieter room, but only on last night.) the hotel restaurant, bar, and jazz club were all closed for the season when we arrived, though website did not make that clear in advance. |
